Welcome in our lovely Austrian chalet! Our authentic home is situated in Bad Kleinkirchheim. This is a renowned spa town with lots of natural fountains. Also, it boasts a wonderful ski area, with over 100km of skislopes (5 min drive). Bad Kleinkirchheim is located in the Austrian Alps in the province Karinthie. This is in the south of Austria, making it the sunniest spot in the Alps! Our house is fully detached and stands in its own garden of 500 m2. You'll have the entire property to yourself!

In the sauna with a magnificent mountain panorama you can relax and then enjoy the magnificent views on the spacious balcony on chill furniture. In the 2-room apartment you will find everything that belongs to a perfect vacation. Conjure up a delicious menu in the high-quality Miele kitchen and enjoy a good glass of wine in front of the fireplace. You will find restful sleep in the real Swiss pine bed with high-quality mattresses. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is the place for you!

In winter, 10 minutes from the ski slopes of Bad Kleinkirchheim, and within 20 minutes of the Hochrindl, Turracherhöhe, Falkert and Gerlitzen ski areas.

Apartment Gabrijel by the mystical stream

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Knusperhäuschen next to Bad Kleinkirchheim

Small hut at the foot of the Nockberge, on the edge of the village of St. Margarethen and the wild stream of the same name, at about 1,100 meters above sea level! 6 km to Bad Kleinkirchheim, 12 km to Heidi Alm, 15 km to Turracher Höhe. Direct connection to hiking trails! Further considerations: Self-catering cottage - bed linen is available - sheets and covers as well as towels must be brought!!! No final cleaning fee is collected, so please leave the property swept clean!

It's me, the NOCKSTERNCHEN HUT

Greetings, I am a rustic hut in a quiet secluded location at 1,250 meters above sea level, surrounded by forest and nature. In a few minutes, you'll be at the Turracher Höhe. In the valley, the thermal baths and the golf course await you. I prefer it when you stay with me and take care of yourself. So – you clean yourself and provide yourself with food, drink and bed linen … I have prepared a list for you. Be so kind and read my special story under "THE ACCOMMODATION."

Dream Chalet Austria 1875m - Outdoorsauna and Gym

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Apartment at 1000 m above sea level overlooking Lake Millstatt. It is a self-contained apartment located on the first floor of the single-family house. The nightly rate includes the local tax and cleaning fee. Ideal location for: Hiking in the Nock Mountains, cycling and mountain biking, swimming vacation near Lake Millstatt... Winter sports in Bad Kleinkirchheim, St. Oswald, Goldeck... Climbing tours or hikes by arrangement with private guide possible

Surrounded by a large fenced garden and including swim spa, jacuzzi, sauna, table tennis and 4 bicycles, it is ideal for leisure and/or very active holidays (walking, hiking, cycling etc.). It is ideal during the time of coronavirus pandemics since it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided.

After sweating in the infrared cabin, enjoy the sun on the terrace, read a good book in the sun window, watch a good movie on the couch and simply enjoy the time with family & friends! In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous opportunities to engage in sports. Skiing, cross-country skiing, golf, cycling, hiking, swimming, etc.

Vacation home in a secluded location and with a great view

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.
