Monthly Rentals in Wiang Chai

This is my second time staying at this property. This time were 7 of us, but the property was listed for 6. They were kind of to accommodate the extra person with a slightly more price which was well within our budget. They even offered to add an extra mattress. Just like last time, it was like staying at the comfort of my house. All my friends commended me for selecting this property. They loved it as well. It was especially useful to have a good working Kitchen, because most of my friends are vegetarians and they needed to prepare their own food. We also got to use the washing machine, as we were there for Songkran and had to wash and dry our wet clothes. It is just the most perfect place for group of friends or family to stay. I HIGHLY recommend this place to anybody visiting Chiang Rai. Bonus note - All my friends were using all the showers and hair dryer all at once, and the power tripped. This was kind of late at night. We sent a chat and owner came right away to fix it for us.

This was the best Air bnb experience I have had. As a woman traveling alone it gave me comfort to see the guard at the front gate, the key you need to operate the elevator and an additional key to get into the room. Everything was clean, comfortable and the sheets smelled great 😊 It was quiet, the door locks automatically and the pool was clean and refreshing. The Host was helpful and responds almost immediately to any questions. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. Thank you so much! ❤️

I spent a month here and it flew by too quickly. Highly recommend for short or long stays. The hosts Dr. Pong and Khun Apple have made any incredibly beautiful and comfortable experience. Every aspect has been thought through to make the stay enjoyable (think easy scooter rentals, amazing breakfasts, meals from their family restaurant delivered). Yes, you are connected to nature here, to the lizards, and birds and bugs, and it’s just wonderful. The room has three glass walls with screen windows, so if it’s cool you can open everything up and get surround sound bird calls fill the space. The gardens around the room, and the views of the lake are stunning. Sunsets A+. Great food for every meal. Lots of fun Chiang Rai adventures to be had (long neck Karen village, coffee shops, shopping). North Thailand has some air quality issues around Feb - mid April, but outside of that window, it’s wonderful. Would book again.
