Guests may walk, bus, or drive to the WSU campus. Your hosts will be accessible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable.

Laundry is shared with the main house. Enjoy your peaceful oasis just a few blocks from the Grand Avenue Greenway, with easy access to downtown, restaurants, and the WSU campus just over a mile away! No cleaning fee, minimal checkout instructions.

Grandma’s Farmhouse

1950s farmhouse. Kept to almost original as when grandma lived there. Knotty pine walls and vintage linoleum. Throughout the house, there are vintage photos and family history posted. It is by no means fancy but it is clean. We are located in Steptoe Wa but is surrounded by farm fields and a seed plant behind. Agriculture area so be aware that dust may be present and farm equipment near by. * note- exterior will be remodeled and painted as soon as weather allows.

Arbor Street Inn

Newly remodeled daylight basement apartment in vintage Sunnyside Hill home. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars. Located on major bus route to WSU. Decor features fine art from proprietor's collection. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size appliances and rollaway dishwasher. We were told the outbuilding started out as a chicken coop and, over time, it morphed into a people coop. If you’re looking for perfection you will not find it here. What you will find is a comfy little place with a feeling of being in the woods.
