The sandy Cullercoats Bay is 3 min walk away with watersports hire an option. Cullercoats is a delightful seaside village with independent coffee shops/eateries. It is perfectly located for day-trips to surrounding beauty. FYI the rear outdoor yard does not receive sunlight so is not pretty to relax in!

It was a lovely stay, Eli was really helpful at check in, we had a good laugh at me getting lost. I didn't need to ask her for anything my whole stay, I had everything ready and waiting. The WiFi was great too! Brilliant value for money, felt like going to stay at a relatives house and will definitely be back

Fantastic communication before arrival. Garden and entrance hall made us wary but once into the flat up the stairs we were more than happy. Very spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, could have cooked a three course meal. Steep stairs to second and third spacious bedrooms and a bathroom with the shower. Could see the sea and the town from living room window, an excellent location Not at all noisy. Definitely recommend a stay.
