Absolutely beautiful SECLUDED spot. The description should possibly explain that it’s way out there on dirt roads but I definitely didn’t mind. I love it. Further out the better for me. Beautiful place. CLEAN. Surprisingly clean. Everything has obviously been done right. We were worried the heaters wouldn’t be enough but it was plenty warm on a 5 degree day with -12 wind chill. You just have to crank it up. Or fire the woodstove. There’s plenty of wood and good means to fire it up. We didn’t end up using it, but we know how awesome stoves are. However small of an opinion, we loved the kitchen. I only used one glass and a pitcher to wash my kids but everything matched and was clean and new. Soooo many air b&b have mismatched crap in the kitchen and it just kinda sucks. This place had all matching stuff that seemed new and kept up on. Not alot to do around the area but it’s only 30 min (interesting) drive to the ice castles. Highly recommended

Cute and cozy home in New Hampshire, we experienced a snow storm and had a blast sledding down the hill for both adults and kids. Peaceful and beautiful scenery.

We were up for a hockey tournament, and stayed with 2 families. It was comfortable to hang out and sleep. I love the decor of the place! It felt like home!

This was the third time our family used Tim's house. I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful it is to be there! It's a good sized house with plenty of room for everyone. The pool and (new) hot tub are SO relaxing! The beds are comfortable, and this year we took advantage of the fireplace, which added a new level of relaxation. Once we arrive, we stay put! If you are looking for a GREAT place to step out of the world for a bit, THIS is the place to be!

We had a fantastic stay at Mercedes' home in Lincoln. Everything was spotless and well-prepared upon our arrival. The space was even larger than the photos suggested, providing plenty of room for our family. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, making our stay even more comfortable. Mercedes was incredibly responsive and flexible, which was especially helpful with our little ones. The location was perfect—right in town and just a six-minute drive to Loon. The game room in the basement was a fantastic bonus that everyone enjoyed. Thank you, Mercedes, for a wonderful stay!

We were excited to find Nancy’s place last minute on a very busy holiday weekend. It is very close to Burke mountain for skiing and very close to the cute little town of East Burke. The house has everything for a comfortable stay away and enough space for us all to relax after skiing. We definitely recommend this cozy home!

Amazing time at the cabin. It is so centrally located to each area we explored: Franconia Notch, Kanc, Mount Washington and Crawford Notch. In between two great towns with restaurants and dessert options. Exceptionally clean, bed comfortable, great working space in kitchen.

We had a such lovely weekend here! The cabin is gorgeous, well decorated, comfortable and clean. It rained for 2 of the 3 days we were there but it was absolutely perfect even in bad weather!! We loved using the sauna and enjoyed watching the rain from inside. The giant windows and comfortable space make for a perfect and cozy stay no matter what the weather! We hope to come back again.

Another lovely stay at Vicki’s place. As always she was very accommodating and went out of her way to leave fresh fruit , fresh flowers and even offered an early check in because bad weather was coming. A wonderful host!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The house itself is clean, and well-maintained, and perfectly fit our family of four. Well stocked with amenities as well. The internet went out one day, which was disruptive but after reaching out the team got the problem handled. The hot tub was a delight, even in freezing temps and snow. The house is about 20 minutes from a few different little towns with good restaurants and shops, including Bretton Woods where we skied 3 days. Great stay, we’d definitely return.

My family and I booked a winter getaway at Rob’s place, and would highly recommend to other guests! Rob was quick to respond with any inquiries and provided lots of helpful information/recommendations that made our stay that much more enjoyable. The space was clean and cozy, and stayed warm even in the NH cold! We would all stay here again and would refer other guests to this location.

What a beautiful place! Doug's property is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the scenery and all the Mountains have to offer. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. I really liked the Energy Efficiency and thought that went into the construction. It was also nice to meet Annie who was very friendly and offered her services throughout our stay. We hope to return!

Beautiful cabin. Close enough to town to be accessible in a few minutes, but far enough away to be a peaceful getaway. I highly recommend staying here, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

This is an amazing place. It would be great to have your family of all ages there. Lots to do around the pond. Fun hiking trails. Would also be a great place to relax and be cozy with a loved one. Kitchen has all the things you need to make a nice dinner as well as glamping food.

We had a great stay. We really loved the decor and hot tub. The media/theater setup was pretty cool and the kids enjoyed the fit put in the back along the stream. When we had a question about the hot tub cover, they had someone out there the next morning to address it. All of the how to videos on how to operate everything in the house was super cool. I will say, the second bedroom was a bit small with no room for furniture or suitcase. As well as, the second bed was pretty noisy. Five or six people might be a bit tight in there

The property was beautiful and super relaxing! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet, this would be my number one pick if i were to return to that area. Erika was a wonderful host!

We had a wonderful time at Bray Hill House. We skied Bretton Woods during the day but not before we had a relaxing breakfast in the house and looked out at the amazing views. The house is beautiful and peaceful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis. Everything you could want was provided for and Israel was very responsive to our questions.

We stayed at Elena's home for a four day ski trip. Her place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The big kitchen stocked with pots and pans allowed us to make several meals. And the drives to Bretton Woods and Loon were very easy. Would definitely stay again!

Angelica's house was the perfect place to stay - extremely clean, beautiful views, great amenities, we were very comfortable there. Also very family friendly - our 3 children (8, 6, and 4 years) loved the spacious kids play area with toys and books. It was also very easy to communicate with Angelica and she responded quickly to my questions. Angelica's home is a gem, we all enjoyed our stay and would happily return anytime!

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the “Enchanted Forest.” The home is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay and were just a short drive away from skiing at Bretton Woods. We also loved being able to walk to some cafes and restaurants and especially enjoyed the ice cream place next door!

This is our second stay at the house and I’m certain it won’t be our last. Everything was as expected from our previous stay. The location is perfect for our family, a peaceful getaway with that unbeatable view. We’ve done winter and now spring there. Guess a summer stay is next.
