There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. So go for a solo paddle, join local guide trips to various springs, or hike on the property and at nearby parks.

Large porch to relax on both open and under roof with an additional screen porch to relax on the swing and watch the river go by. From the porch access a screened room overlooking the river and enjoy games of Darts and Billiards, or you can utilize the grill and kitchen and prepare any meal you need.
