In the attic, there are 2 more rooms with bathroom and a beautiful view of the vineyards or the Vyšicko lookout tower.

There is a garden with herbs and a quiet seating area in the privacy of the courtyard. For the youngest guests, we have a children's play center, picnic seating and a sandbox. You can use the outdoor seating, lounge area, grill, outdoor fireplace and swing.

Very nice park with the kid´s playground and pub where you can enjoy Czech beer and other drinks is just behind the house, it is reachable also through the garden. Equipped kitchen, laundry washing machine, equipment for children available (baby cot, child high chair, toys, etc.), garage, garden.

The trampoline, swings, slides, sandbox and seasonal pool are available for children. The entry to the terrace from the living room is locked during the heating season. Instead, guests can use the entrance from the garden through the passageway.
