I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

Great stay, very friendly - very clean

We were happy to have this spacious apartment in the middle of our travels. Plenty of living room space and three separate bedrooms. Looked like they were building a small pool or hot tub in the courtyard for residents. Easy access with codes and two sets of keys so perfect for days we separated. Separate toilet from bathroom also great, and enjoyed soaking in that deep tub after all the walking. Everything is very cute and modern. Have requested some sort of privacy for round window between bathing area and hallway. We taped up a kitchen towel, as we were with our adult children. Neighborhood was nice enough - not a lot of restaurants open late in this area. Gastwirtschaft Schilling was so good local Austrian food - open late….across from two strip clubs - but very cozy, friendly, great food. Loved being in this district, close to the art museums. Busses and subway get you everywhere. Did not see anyone swipe their transit cards, so decide yourself if you buy one.

My wife and I stayed here for a week and we would definitely come back again! Everything was as described, public transport was a breeze, and the location was perfect. We felt very comfortable in the apartment, beds and seating were good. We especially enjoyed the small terrace in good weather. Anna Cornelia, Mariella and the rest of the family were very friendly. The transport connection is great, with the underground, tram and regional train just a few minutes' walk away. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities. The central cemetery is very close and is definitely worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and spotless apartment in Vienna. The space is much larger than expected, immaculately clean, and comes fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient—just a short walk to public transport, and surrounded by several supermarkets, which made everything incredibly easy. For those traveling by car, there is also parking available, which was a big plus. What truly made our stay special was the host. The gentleman who owns the place was exceptionally kind and helpful—he went out of his way to assist us with everything we needed. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna. It’s a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and genuinely welcoming hospitality.

Extremely friendly host very friendly. Although the house is not in a very central location, it is very close to the tram and I did not have any problems getting anywhere. Everything was ready from kitchen supplies to cleaning supplies, from iron to coffee maker in the house.

My stay with Michael was wonderful. We gathered and wanted to barbecue. The house was very large and corresponded to the description. We were very pleased. Special thanks go to the caretaker - he even helped us with the barbecue. We didn't have enough coal, but he brought us wood and saved us. Thanks again for everything!

There were nine of us in David's beautiful house with the family. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and everywhere outside access. The pool and terrace with the barbecue were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a few enchantingly beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very dedicated host. He knew we were booking the house on the occasion of my mother's birthday and even suggested we organize flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would love to come back. Thank you!

A welcoming place to feel at home right away. All necessary amenities, parking space and large garden, as well as nice and friendly neighbors. Perfect for a larger group of people. The center of Nitra can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Recommended.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

This a great Airbnb! Comfy beds, nice layout, updated bathroom and kitchen, close to the Hauptbahnhof, right on the tramline, very responsive host. Basically a perfect place to stay in Vienna!

Very nice apartment and suitable for 4 people or 2 couples. However, the apartment is located on the second floor and not on the third floor.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Wilfried’s amazing apartment. Incredible view, very stylish, well appointed and I loved the neighborhood.

This is a lovely apartment with a big terrace, well equipped and nicely furnished, with everything that a family of four might need. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of shops and a bakery nearby. Very easy to get to the center of Vienna, public transport stations are a few minutes away from the apartment. The parking space in the garage is much appreciated. Last but not least, Thomas and Silke are superkind hosts, very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure staying at their place and we would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!
