Amazing host and always available to help/guide so our stay will be peaceful and happy. I had issue getting the TV login and I had to message Ben for getting his help as it was his account. Ben responded to my message early in the morning with in 8min I sent him message. It made my day to see my host being available when I needed something even if it was not an emergency type thing. Thank you Ben we will be back again.

Ronald's place was easy to access and felt comfortable. It was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC, and close to public transportation to get in and out of the city. Although the stay was quite comfortable, we did notice some things that could be improved for future stays, such as minor cleanliness issues, and access to fans and linens. Overall a good stay that I would recommend to others or possibly stay again with a large group (max 6 people).

Our family had a wonderful stay at Biniyam’s place! The house was spotless and well-equipped, the fully equipped kitchen made cooking meals a breeze. The bedrooms have chairs and tables, convenient for remote work while traveling with a big family. Binyam was a great communicator and provided helpful local tips. The house location was perfect for exploring Downtown Silver Spring and Washington DC and close to the metro station. Lots of great restaurants and groceries close by. The EV charger was a lifesaver! We were able to charge our Tesla overnight and didn't have to worry about finding a public charger. It was so convenient and made our trip much easier. Thank you for providing such a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

Prime location with pristine and comfortable accommodations. Mark was quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We would definitely recommend this apartment to any individual or couple looking for a cozy respite.

Peter and Co-hosts were awesome. The place was easy to access, and Peter was proactive in sharing details and was awesome to let us park nearby after check out. Would definitely recommend, and would stay here again when and if returning to DC. The location was tucked away enough to be away from traffic but close enough to access the big sites if you have a car. 10/10 recommend. And he’s right. The most affordable place you’ll find!!

Megan is an accommodating and communicative host. She answered questions quickly, and was flexible in letting me check out an hour later and shipping a couple small packages to her house. The neighborhood is walkable, there is plenty nearby, and it was a great home base for my week in DC.

Very responsive host. The side yard is very nice for people with dogs that travel. Location is very nice but DC traffic during rush hour can be rough but this can be planned for. Would stay again.

John and Adam were excellent hosts. There were very responsive to my questions and issues. I loved the grounds and very well stocked kitchen. I would gladly stay there again.

Trish’s place was very clean , cozy and spacious! She is a very polite host and we would certainly come back if visiting Bethesda again!

Rodrigo and Monica were wonderful hosts, I would 100% recommend this location to anyone interested, as a busy graduate student the amenities at this location saved me lots of time and it was well worth the trip!

Willie's place was just as pictured- super clean and free of clutter living, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had an issue getting into the unit initially (code was not working) but I called Willie and he IMMEDIATELY answered and the issue was resolved in seconds. Location is great, could walk or an easy Uber/Lyft into the city or around the area. Also downtown Arlington has lots of cute shops. Less than 10 minute drive to the airport too! The only negative is that this is a four unit shared "house" and the stairs to get up to the unit, along with being on the top floor (old squeaky floors) it is very difficult to be quiet during the after hours (even with just walking in and getting ready for bed). Other than that, the stay was perfect and just as described! Thank you Willie!

Tucked in the heart of Bethesda with a quiet charm that somehow still feels central to everything, this stay was a gem. Getting around was a breeze—whether by foot, metro, or last-minute snack run to the 24/7 CVS or 7-Eleven. The apartment itself? Immaculate. Fully stocked with everything we could possibly need—and then some. The internet didn’t blink, the TV was streaming-ready (a blessing for our nightly Netflix ritual), and we barely had to buy a thing beyond food. Rodrigo was the kind of host you wish all hosts were—attentive, responsive, and refreshingly clear with every detail. Winston, the building manager, was also incredibly kind and helpful. Bonus points for the cozy terrace, which turned into our favorite nighttime hangout spot. All in all, one of the most exceptional Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Would come back in a heartbeat—no hesitation, no second thoughts, just pure comfort.

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Christopher was a great host :) Check-in was super easy, and he was very responsive with any questions we had! Beds were super comfortable, parking was convenient, and super accessible location!
