Karen & Jay went above and beyond to make our family vacation to Niagara Falls special! You’ll feel right at home in their house and the best part is the backyard area. A beautiful back porch that is so peaceful in the morning while drinking your coffee, the pool and sauna is the icing on the cake! I wanted to move in the first night we were there! They even had bored games to play. Oh and they have a water system for drinking water that was so good. I would recommend this house x10.

The Nook is a gem in Tonawanda Had an amazing stay at The Nook. The place is spotless, well-designed, and super comfortable — felt like home but better. Quiet neighborhood, easy parking, and close to everything. You can tell a lot of care went into setting this place up. Everything worked perfectly, and the vibe was warm and welcoming. One of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The host is warm and friendly, and the family has two pet dogs and a pet cat, all of which are very well-behaved and cute, and never bark.The kitchen and bathroom are very clean. Staying here and sharing the kitchen and bathroom with the host, and parking is provided. It is a 10-minute drive from Niagara Falls. I am happy to recommend this place. I want to stay here next time I come to Niagara. It is an unforgettable accommodation experience.

Billy was a very responsive host both prior to, and after our arrival. The instructions we received for getting into the home were very clear. The accommodations were great for our group. We were in town to visit Niagara Falls, and the location was within a reasonable driving distance. The home was clean and had enough room for everyone. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. There was a full size fridge and freezer, which was great. Thankfully, we knew ahead of time that there were not any large pots or pans to cook a big meal for our group, so we could plan accordingly. There was some minor damage to walls & other areas, but Billy says that someone has already been called to make repairs. The only addition that would’ve been nice was if there had been some coffee and coffee filters available to go along with the coffee maker. Amble soap and shampoo were provided in the bathrooms, and we had enough bedding. The TV was also easy to use.

I have stayed here twice now. It is perfect for an overnight stay on my way to our family cottage. It is also close to several attractions in the area of Niagara Falls so it would be a great place to stay if you are planning a getaway. The room and bath are clean and welcoming. great value. The apartment is no frills but clean and as described. The host was helpful when needing to extend reservation. We would stay here for a short trip again. Depending on your needs long term stays may require you to bring more basic kitchen/cleaning products as there was not many staples included.
