Lovely accommodation very close to the beach, the town centre, good eating places and met our needs perfectly.

This was Airbnb at its best. A cosy, comfortable room in someone's home where every effort was made to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The most delicious breakfast knocked up with apparent effortlessness and Louisa was charming and great company. Thank you so much.

Located just outside Weymouth, but with regular local bus #8 made it perfect. Just a short walk down to South West Coast path. Accommodation perfect and will pass on to friends.

Chris and Phil made us feel totally at home and welcomed. Phil is a fab cook, breakfast was amazing, with a really comprehensive Menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their beautiful home. I would recommend to other's who may wish to have a stay in Bridport, Phil and Chris's is the place to head for. I lost myself in the outside Oasis. I had the most amazing stay at the Corner House. Marina and Martyn were so incredibly kind, helpful and attentive. They have put so much thought into every aspect to ensure their guests have an amazing stay. The Green Room is beautiful, peaceful, has the most comfortable bed and stunning views of the garden. The garden is stunning and peaceful. Cake and tea available on arrival was a wonderful touch. I was blown away by how fantastic the breakfast was. The best produce, so much choice, a real feast and Marina is a fantastic cook. I will miss it! If you are thinking of staying, don't hesitate, just book. You will not be disappointed. Thank you both so much. Just wonderful.

Our overnight stay at Battleford Hall was wonderful. On arrival at this beautiful house, in its magical setting we were warmly met by Clive and shown around the property and our rooms. The rooms were sparkling clean and we appreciated the additional touches to cater to our comfort (clean towels, tea & coffee mugs, the milk in a pretty jug etc.etc.). The bed was so comfortable that my usually early rising husband slept in until 7.30am. The breakfast options were impressive and had all the hallmarks of Clive and Ruth's careful extra touches (pretty jug of fresh flowers, a large pot of fresh coffee, warm croissants, fresh orange juice - all already on the carefully laid table when we arrived to eat). We sampled his home cured ham which was truly delicious, as were the fresh eggs from his hens which had such beautiful golden yolks. We felt we had eaten he breakfast of kings! Clive and Ruth were both engaging and genial hosts, kindly staying around to chat with us on all sorts of topics on a couple of occasions while we enjoyed their beautiful garden view, but being careful not to be intrusive in any way. The real jewel in the crown though is the place itself. Battleford Hall has a magical, Narnia like quality. From the minute you turn off the main A road into the long narrow, twisty drive way that leads to the house you could be in another land - I half expected a hobbit to pop up. The ancient house and the land around has been carefully and sympathetically husbanded by Clive and Ruth and it shows. Don't expect lawns trimmed to within an inch of their lives, or sterile, serried ranks of plants. This is a rural idyll kept with the good of the land and the livestock in mind. The fields are green and hummocky and we were encouraged to walk through them down to the babbling stream that runs through the land and up to the 'watership down' ridge that forms the little valley the house nestles in. Any changes Clive and Ruth have made are sympathetic to the natural geography, topology, and history of the place, adding to the 'world apart' quality of the place. If you are lucky enough to stay here I hope you can stay longer than the one night we were there. Really, it needs a lifetime to enjoy this special and magical place, but if you're pressed for time I guess you could get a little of the magic of it in a week!

This place is clean, new, we'll finished and in a beautiful neighbourhood, vlose to the harbour and near enough to Parkstone train station. Louis was very polite, respectful and helpful too.

Really lovely stay at Clare's place. She was friendly, helpful and accommodating. My room was cozy and warm. The shower was a bit wonky though once I asked and learned how to improve the experience, it worked well. The only small inconvenience was not being able to do laundry due to the drying cupboard set up not working. I'd certainly stay with Clare again.

It was a pleasure to stay at Sarah’s BnB, she could not have been more accommodating and kind. Such a charming place!

The place was cozy. Tim and Susan were kind and helpful. The seafront was just across the road providing us with a nice beach at the doorstep that made the stay memorable.

Lovely spot and extremely conveniently located relative to the Tank Museum so if you’re visiting and aim to stay over you couldn’t do better. Gillian is also a very friendly and hospitable host who made us feel very welcome. Would happily stay again!

Jan was a lovely host who took a chance on us and I'm really glad she did. I don't think I'd have got a better bnb for my purposes if I hadn't found her listing. The place was clean and comfortable, Jan is an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating.

We had the best time with Rosie. She is a wonderful host who frequently checks if there is anything you need for the day and adapts to your needs. There is a lot of private space to be on your own, if you so wish. But I would recommend getting to know your host because she is an amazing lady. Very knowledgeable, good stories and sense of humour and it is just a pleasure to chat with her. She has travelled the world, there is beautiful and interesting art in every room. The breakfast is delicious with lots of fresh local produce and if she offers to cook supper for you, dont pass up on the offer!

Everything was right about Ann's place. Exactly what we needed and the friendly service was perfect.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Darren and Chi’s place. They are really a super host! Very responsive in communications, flexible in accommodating our check-in schedule, providing all useful information about Bournemouth city center as well as nearby places, and doing their best to make you feel like home! The morning breakfast prepared by Chi is sumptuous, and making our stay really unforgettable! It’s our first time visiting the Jurassic coast, and we were super lucky to find their room listing in Bournmouth where we make it as a base for our long weekend trip! For sure we would recommend their place to anyone who plan to visit Bournemouth and nearby towns and sights, and definitely we would love to come back again some time in the future!

Staying with Alison is just perfect and I really look forward now to my visits to Dorset and Somerset. The views are sensational and the facilities are perfect and Alison is such a wonderfully natural person to be around with - what more could you ask for really whether you are in from a working day or on holiday? lovely place to stay. Lorna was a wonderful host. Everything was spotless and Lorna was very flexible with our check in and putting breakfast up for us. Definitely recommend.

I stayed with Avril for one night and she is a very good host. The place was spotless, and in my room, which had a lockable door, I had tea and coffee making facilities, plus use of the main kitchen, for which she had bought me bread to toast for breakfast, as well as some chocolate filled buns. It's now my go to place to stay whenever I visit the area.

We had a fabulous short stay with our two sausage dogs. Ideal base for a quick visit to see local family. Lovey little touches with the milk, bread etc. Would highly Recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very comfortable stay at this amazing property. The facilities are great and the bed was really comfortable with lovely linen. The hoist Fee was really friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to help us and has great knowledge of the area. I would recommend this property and would stay again if we are in the area.

Brilliant stay. Super friendly host and SO dog friendly. Made us feel right at home. So helpful, and very generous. Great attention to detail, the baskets left on the bed were so thoughtful. Ideal location, 15 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again, 5*.

I was totally blown away by this little slice of heaven! The most wonderful, friendly, helpful hosts who have thought of everything you could possibly want. Every detail was thoughtful and luxurious, the breakfast was like that of a 5* hotel and i was truly blown away with the comfort and honely feel of the property. I will be back! :)
