The home was absolutely beautiful. As a host, David stayed in contact through the entire process, and including through out our stay. We highly recommend David and his property. We will be visiting again and staying at David’s place.

We stayed at Pool Haven last week while moving our daughter into Tulane, and it was a fantastic home base for a very busy trip. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Magazine Street, which made it easy to grab coffee, shop, or find great food in between all the moving errands. The house itself was clean, spacious, and had a relaxed, welcoming vibe. The pool was such a nice bonus—perfect for cooling off and relaxation together. Edward and David were incredibly gracious hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. And Marlene, their sweet dog, was truly an angel! She added a special, comforting presence that made us feel right at home. We’d absolutely recommend Pool Haven to other Tulane families or anyone visiting New Orleans. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

We stayed at Sam’s for my daughters Tulane graduation and it was the perfect spot with easy access to both Tulane and the French Quarter. There was plenty of space for our extended family. The space was comfortable and lovely with custom decorative painting. The pool and back yard were great for relaxing between activities. Sam was very responsive to questions and my early check in request. I would highly recommend if you’re visiting NOLA with a group!

The house was just what our family needed for our trip to NOLA. The location is perfect. It took us about 15 minutes to get to wherever we wanted to go. There are plenty of restaurants and markets close by and within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and felt very safe. The house was just as described and was a nice place to come back to after a long day exploring. The hosts supplied so many things that are often forgotten by travelers. The pool was a welcome respite after a long hot day. The house provides plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. NOLA definitely has its own vibe and this house allowed us to feel like the locals during our stay. Thanks for sharing.

The location of Jason’s house was great - we were within a 10-15 minute drive of just about everything we wanted to do. The house looked exactly like the pictures but was bigger than the pictures make it look. Jason was very responsive when we had questions and provided local recommendations.

This home was beautiful! Location was perfect and right across from the streetcar stop. The porch was a perfect place to sit and enjoy the scenery. Snacks and coffee came in handy. Host was super responsive and flexible to our needs. Highly recommend!

Super cute. Close to everything but far enough out of the city to enjoy peace and quiet. At first the location looked a little concerning due to the condition of the neighbors house but was quickly reassured when we met the neighborhood watch folks and the neighbors. LOVED the old, deep, porceline bathtub, and the wood floors. Large can of coffee grounds in the freezer saved a trip to the store. Oh, and the pub on the corner, Eveleines, has AWESOME food. Allso, Monday restaurant and bar is equally good. Both less than 3 minutes from the house. Best Air BnB bargian in New Orleans.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, coffee shops, and just a short drive to the airport. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which made it easy to relax. The home itself was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and more. We’d definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in town! Highly recommend!

Had a lovely time in this amazing space. It was huge! The decor is great, tall ceilings, and they even have a large collection of vinyl. Plus, the hosts were very gracious and helpful when prompted with questions. Whole Foods was only 15 min stroll from the home and was a nightly stop. And the bead shop down the street was also amazing. The vibe was right, the local businesses were a delight, and the time was well spent. Highly recommend.

The house was in a great, quiet location near Tulane, and close to plenty of restaurants on Freret. It was awesome that the hosts allowed pets, and we were happy with the small fenced-in outdoor space for quick doggie potty breaks. Parking on the street right outside the house was easy with plenty of room for our SUV. While we did not do any cooking, the home has a full kitchen with everything you need. We would definitely like to come back at the start of the fall semester.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming New Orleans home! The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and full of local character - from colorful artwork to the cozy back deck perfect for morning coffee. The location was ideal, quiet enough to relax but close to everything, including great food and shopping on magazine street, music, and French quarter. Our host was incredibly responsive and offered local recommendations. We truly felt like we were experiencing NOLA like a local. Would absolutely stay here again!

Spent a week in Donald’s place while looking at property to buy outside of town. Perfect location, had everything you could ask for, and so quiet and peaceful! We loved the outdoor area and chairs to sit outside & enjoy the spring weather!! We would definitely recommend staying here. Our only complaint would be the bed may need a new mattress, as my 7 month pregnant self & my husband both woke up with backaches every morning from the hard mattress! Otherwise, it was an amazing stay and Donald was even there at midnight to welcome us and ensure we made it into the house safely!!

We enjoyed our short stay at this property. The home was clean, well stocked and as pictured. It was like taking a walk down memory lane of my grandparents’ home. It was interesting to look around at the mementos of those who once lived at the home. The host, Celeste, was friendly, proactive and responsive to any inquiries. I had a great stay! The property was just as pictured and the host was responsive in all ways. The location isn't far from central New Orleans, but perfect if you have reasons to be in this part of the area.

Trevor was super kind and communicative—made me feel right at home. Felt really safe in the neighborhood, which was really important for me as a female solo traveler with a car full of belongings. The place was clean and quiet, and was perfect for my needs! Would definitely stay again!
