Great place to stay when in town for graduations, weddings (very close to Bittersweet Farms and UMass) or just to escape and relax!! Enjoy yourself in my private, bright and cozy little house right on the river! Back deck with gas grill and great coffee, donuts and ice-cream across the street. Brand new kitchen too!! *Note, no excessive noise, parties or gatherings are allowed. Only those approved to stay in the house are permitted. Guests in violation will be asked to leave immediately.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tracey’s! We usually vacation on the Cape or Vineyard, but this waterfront gem was such a find. The view is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the porch admiring it. It’s a peaceful spot, about a 15 minute walk to the village, where we enjoyed Farm & Coast for food and drinks. The town beach was perfect, and we had a blast at Cisco Brewers and Fort Taber Park. Family friendly, not touristy—we’d definitely come back!

We had a fantastic experience at this gorgeous apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. Especially loved the high ceiling in the main room. It was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished in a beautiful setting. We loved the area, too! Probably the best Airbnb experience we have had! Just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

While the weather did not cooperate (it rained the entire time) the cottage and views made up for the weather. From the table to the couch the views are wonderful. The cottage is very well stocked from towels and blankets to the kitchen. We did not need anything that wasn't supplied. The bathroom is small but functional. The shower might not work well for a larger person. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe and peaceful. We enjoyed our long weekend and would book this cottage again.

This house is very charming and spacious, with an excellent kitchen and bedroom layouts. Westport and the Acoaxet neighborhood are so charming and make for a pleasant vacation with lots of beach and nature preserves surrounding. Anyway, I highly recommend this stay.

Cappy’s Cottage is absolutely adorable. It’s the little thoughtful touches here and there that really stand out. The beds were extremely comfortable; I slept so soundly, I didn’t even hear my snoring hubby, lol. We were only in town for a couple days, and I honestly wish we had more time to spend there, because I know it would’ve been so relaxing and fun. Emily is an absolute rock star host. She was proactive in messaging about checked in, and local recommendations. Super responsive when we couldn’t find the tv remote-I mean, like she responded within a minute. When we left, I mentioned that we had another trip coming up in July, and should her booking cancel for any reason, to please let us know…and she responded with suggestions for other places that had the availability we needed! I honestly can’t say enough nice things about the house and Emily!

A little slice of serenity. Walk to the pristine beach or just sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the farm. Stayed for a weekend with two young kids. We will be back.
