Gill’s place was so lovely, felt so at home and everything was so thought through. There were lovely touches that meant everything you could think of was provided. Gill was really lovely and so accommodating and the welcome was so kind. Would highly recommend being in the heart of the beautiful Yorkshire Dales!

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at this cottage, everything was as described. Perfect location as Windermere and Bowness were just a short 5 minute drive, but out of the way of tourists. Great location for visiting other lakes like Ullswater etc. Nice pub and brewery just a 5 minute walk and also butcher close by. We would highly recommend and would stay there again should we be in the Lake District again. Thank you Ross.

Stunning! One of the most beautiful cottages and locations we have stayed in. The views were breathtaking. Absolutely faultless. Everything we needed. And the chickens were characters!

I had an extended stay here and felt really at home straight away. It's small, really well equipped, and easy to keep warm. Also super comfy bed which I'll really miss! Village and local area are lovely and within easy access of the M6.
