Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Het appartement bevindt zich in hartje Den Haag in de prachtige Archipelbuurt. Het is boutique stijl ingericht en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een prettig verblijf. Het heeft twee bad- en slaapkamers naast een woonkamer en keuken. Het appartement is op loopafstand van hartje centrum, supermarkt, bakker, slager en delicatessen zaakjes en maar 10 minuten fietsen naar het strand van Scheveningen. Het gehele huis is recent verbouwd waarbij we zoveel mogelijk orginele details hebben bewaard.

This sunny, spacious private floor has its own livingroom with a balcony, a pantry microwave), a big bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The apartment is perfectly situated in The Hague's old "Statenkwartier" (Scheveningen) and is a great base for cycling trips, hikes and cultural activities. The harbour, the beach and nice restaurants are close by. Tram nr 17 and 11 stop right around the corner and brings you to the city-center within several minutes. The beach is only a 14 minute walk away.

Mijn modern en gezellig ingerichte appartement ligt in een leuke buurt in Den Haag Zuid. De duinen en het strand noem ik altijd mijn achtertuin ;-) De ligging is zeer centraal. In directe omgeving vind je gezellige lunchrooms, supermarkten, bars en diverse winkels. Het centrum van Den Haag is per fiets of met het openbaar vervoer zeer snel en makkelijk te bereiken. Een ideale uitvalsbasis voor een weekendje weg. Een langer verblijf en/of korting bij contante betaling is zeker mogelijk.

Het luxe appartement van ongeveer 80m2 beidt ruimte aan 4 tot 6 personen; er zijn 2 slaapkamers en een bedbank in de woonkamer. De ruime woon/eetkamer biedt uitzicht op de pier, haven, het strand en natuurlijk de Noordzee. De badkamer heeft een bad/douche en toilet. Beautiful apartment on the third floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the city center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
