Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Western Transdanubia

Nice house and beautiful yard, superbly equipped house, really has everything anyone needs. Beautiful views and quiet and peaceful surroundings. Ronald is an extremely polite and approachable host and easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to everyone.

It was very cozy, very clean and everything worked out wonderfully. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the place as a group of three and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home', you also have a super equipped kitchen and especially in warm weather you are very cozy in the yard. Only in bad weather I could imagine that a cozy living room is missing (sofa is on the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

We are a family of 5 with young children and we stayed at Monika’s place for 8 days in April while visiting relatives - it was simply amazing for every person in our family. There was a small play room for the kids with toys and books, 3 big bedrooms with lots of storage space to unpack, comfortable beds, a huge lounge room, a lovely kitchen with all utensils and amenities provided, washing machine and 2 toilets (1 separate and 1 in a huge bathroom). The wooden dining room had so much character, we loved to eat there in the mornings and look out onto the internal courtyard. The house is secure, and it is behind some lockable security doors leading onto the street. Plenty of street parking. Walkable distance to many good restaurants. Short drive to villages along the Neusiedlersee. About a 50min drive to Vienna centre. Thankyou to Monika for hosting us, it was truly a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! We felt completely at home. The hostess and host were incredibly friendly and hospitable and gave us a warm welcome with a tour of the farm. Our dog was allowed to roam freely and enjoy the surroundings. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The rural and warm interior fit the area perfectly and the view of the fields and forests was breathtaking. The tranquility we found there makes this bnb so special. The location of the farm is also ideal; although it is in the middle of nature, you will find beautiful walks, beautiful villages and fantastic wineries in a short distance. In short, a perfect place for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy peace, nature and the authentic outdoors.

Nice location for hikes across the peninsula, also a beach is easily accessible on foot. The two bedrooms, each with separate bathrooms, are well suited for 5 people, and we were happy to use the large bright living room with a terrace in front. We will be happy to come back!

It was our first time in Hungary and we were delighted! Our Hosts, represented by the lovely and friendly Lea, created a perfect place for rest and relaxation: relatively close to the lake and nice restaurants, but at the same time far from the hustle and bustle - and only an hour's drive from Budapest! The house, which we visited in mid-April, is located in the middle of greenery. During the day it delights with views, a swimming pool and a cat, which has become part of our family - and at night... with the singing of a nightingale! We left there relaxed and with our nervous systems regulated. :) Thank you for a wonderful time!

We had a perfect time at the apartement. It was perfectly clean and newly renovated. Kitchen fully equipped, beds are comfortable. A parking slot was provided for us which was a great help! Hosts are very kind, they even placed baby chair, books and toys to our baby. It is in the city center close to everything. It is on the first floor, you need to climb stairs, no elevator. All in all it was a perfect stay, thanks!

Flexible check-in, Bojana’s parents gave us useful information and were in general very sweet and helpful. Place is very cozy and clean and has everything you need both for short and long stay. Communication was great.

We'll definitely be back. It was very nice. House and garden were perfect for our little daughter. She played with the cats. We thank Danica for the hospitality. We liked Maribor very much!

Everything was great!

Uroš and Dan’s place was a dream to stay at! We have stayed over a month and we felt right at home, with anything you could need. Uroš was such a lovely host, happy to help with anything. The check in was easy. The apartment rooms were very spacious, clean with well-equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. The living room had impressive library with books from various fields collected over several generations. We stayed during the winter and enjoyed heated floors throughout the apartment. The place is located in a quiet and cozy neighborhood, close to all essential shops and not far from the center. Many thanks for your hospitality!

The stay was excellent. The place was very spacious and comfortable. It is located in a natural environment very close to the city. Repeat them without a doubt.

It's a spotless modern apartment, kitchen is thoughtfully equipped, and my kid loved the trampoline and climbing frame in the garden. Katalin is responsive and very flexible, I can only recommend her and her place. We had a lovely stay there.

The place was very comfortable, cozy, beautifully decorated, perfect for a family. Keszthely is a small city, everything is within a few minutes by car, shops, restaurants.. everything is nearby. (Parking is unfortunately not in front of the house, across the neighbor's house.) The host is kind, responsive, the place is clean, equipped with everything we needed:).

Esther was available at all times and very helpful, both check-in and check-out were very flexible and easy. She speaks very good German and was always friendly. The apartment was clean and also offered many small things that were extremely accommodating, such as a washing machine, beach towels and ironing board. We had a very nice few days with Esther and can recommend her 100%.

We stayed here with our three young kids, and it was perfect! The location is amazing—everything you need is just a short walk away. The private parking spot was super convenient for day trips around the lake to visit other towns. George was really helpful and quick to reply both before we arrived and when we were checking out. Highly recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.
