The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. A separate entrance, bathroom in the basement, toilet, private kitchen with basic equipment for cozy cooking evenings and many niches in the garden invite you to linger undisturbed.

A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.
