Very good experience, the apartment, had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, coffee maker… It had a garage which was very useful. It was a second without an elevator but that was no problem. Begoña was very friendly, giving clear instructions about the stay. Also, we had a problem with the bathroom and it was immediately available and helped us resolve it quickly, which was to be thankful. The only downside I see is that the kitchen was not very clean, there was dust and grease in some areas, the rest of the apartment was spotless.

Simply ideal for a few quiet days in a beautiful area. The house has everything you need to feel comfortable and special mention to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun practically all day. Amió beach is a 10-minute walk and in the area, there are many routes to do and enjoy nature. The village is very quiet at this time of the year and it's just what my partner and I were looking for... our dog has also really enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much, Javier, for being attentive and available at all times!

Spotless,tidy and super clean accommodation, totally faithful to the photographs. Irene is super friendly, attentive to anything we might need,left a lot of details on the apartment for breakfast and even a feeder and drink for our b***h, which is rare and we really appreciate it. Quiet area a few meters from the beach and with private parking, unbeatable.

We were a few days of traveling as a family and everything was excellent. On arrival Fernando facilitated the keys to the parking and the apartment, a detailed map with all points of interest and a list of recommended activities. He recommended places to visit very nice. When we asked him where to eat certain dishes, he recommended the best places and even called restaurants to book us Mesa himself. Definitely a lovely and very friendly guy who has a lot of knowledge about the area. All his recommendations were fantastic, we had a great time and the kids were delighted, definitely an experience to repeat. The apartment fully equipped and comfortable. Cleaning service is the best I've ever seen, everything neat, clean and tidy every day. We were even mopped for the dishes and glasses that we forgot to wash from running out to the activities... which was to be thankful. We definitely recommend it 100%, an exemplary host.

Come with 5 friends looking to enjoy cantabria and spend a relaxing weekend. The stay met the expectations, especially highlighting the garden and the barbecue. The accommodation is close to other villages of tourist interest and is located near the beach. The host was very pleasant at all times and catered to our needs

Charo was fantastic, the duplex is beautiful with great views, super nice stay, swimming pool, jacuzzi and fantastic surroundings. A plus is the parking space in the same building. A 10 for the stay. Thank you for your kindness, Charo.

The apt is very spacious, super clean! Attention to details is great, nicely decorated. There’s everything one needs to have a comfortable stay: blankets, 2 types of coffee machines to choose from, fully equipped kitchen, quite comfortable working space! There’s a private parking spot, but keep in mind that it’s a little narrow and can be difficult to park if you have big car. Thank you Lara for hosting us!

Apartment ideal for two people, quiet and very clean. Perfect for access by car to have a private parking space. Elena communicated with us in advance and told us how to access. Later I advise and provided us. information from San Vicente (restaurants,cafes,supermarkets etc) Highly advisable.

Indeed, the views are incredible from the terrace as well as from the house. The accommodation is very well equipped: coffee, garbage bag, towels and sheets, shower gel... The only downside is the bedding. The bed in the parental room is small, not very stable and the mattress is not of quality. But it's erased compared to everything else. We had no contact with the host, only a message to tell us where the keys were and another to let us know the checkout time. A small binder with house instructions and tips for shops and restaurants would be nice. We had a great holiday Cantabria is beautiful!

This place is stunning, if you surf it’s just dreamy. Depending on the forecast you may need to walk the beach a bit to find the right waves for your skill level but knowing you can walk to the beach, surf, and then walk back to your home is just the best. Due to the price it’s not a place we will stay regularly but it’s perfect for a special occasion.

Carlos was a great host! The room was clean and comfy. The location is just far enough from Suances to be peaceful but close enought that in a 10 min walk, you are on the main streets. We enjoyed our selves and recommend it 🙂

Estela met us at the apartment to show us around. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and well furnished with great views out over the harbour. It was quiet and very clean. There is safe car parking outside the entrance, and shops and supermarkets not far away. I would thoroughly recommend staying here as this is a wonderful place. Conchi is a very helpful and nice person. When we needed some information, he always responded quickly. The house is cozy and in a perfect location: 20 meters from the sea, close to restaurants, supermarkets, ... it is very quiet. There are some essential amenities such as a hairdryer, clothes rack, mosquito repellent and electric heater. We loved it and we'll be back!

The casita is wonderful. Very quiet area. Friendly host. We have fallen in love with the beach that is next to it. Our daughter has been very well and happy to play with so much running and so on. We will definitely repeat.

We had a wonderful time in the accommodation. The sea is within walking distance and the pool is also great for the kids. Everything is great, highly recommended!
