King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

STRICTLY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. Quiet time is 9:30 pm. A $500 fine for smoking violation. Guests can use the front yard to smoke.

Bathroom is big with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Towels and hair dryer are provided. Be aware that there is no stove to cook and parking is on the street with parking permit provided.
