A quiet suite with bathroom and bedroom recently renovated, this private location is perfect for you. One bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of closet space. From the bedroom you have access to a solarium where you could have your coffee in the morning. One bathroom with shower and heated floor. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances. Comfortable living room with TV and outdoor patio with a table and chairs. Shared laundry with stackable washer/dryer. You will have a private entrance that takes you to your garden suite. There is no access to the main part of the house. We are a family of 3 living upstairs. We are close to downtown Vancouver, around 25 min by car or there are direct buses from Deep Cove. You can enjoy the benefits of the slower pace of North Shore, while maintaining proximity to downtown Vancouver. It really is the best of both worlds. -WiFi -Radiant in-floor heating at the bathroom -Baseboard heat in every room -Gas fireplace -In-suite laundry We will interact with our guests as much or as little as desired and possible. Deep Cove is short walk through the woods or you can take the bus. At the village you will find restaurants, coffee shops, gift stores, The Deep Cove Sailing Club and a Kayak rental facility. You could also hike to Quarry Rock and enjoy the beautiful view. Great spot for all seasons. At summer time you can go for a hike on the woods, enjoy the beach or have a hamburger at the park. Two golf courses just a short 5 minute drive from the house. Winter is beautiful around here, you will be close to the Cypress, Grouse and specially Mount Seymor Ski hill. Whistler is not far if you want to go for a drive. And you can mountain bike all year! Other things around here: The Raven Pub – Great pizza! Excellent choice for a beer after a long day! Close to Jericho beach garden level open space.

Located between Kistilano beach and Jericho beach. This 950 sqft open suite will allow you to enjoy your stay in Vancouver. There is hardwood flooring in all of the suite but the bathroom, which features Italian tiles. Beams are apparent. There is wireless internet, washer/dryer, small fridge and microwave. The unit is the entire bottom floor of the house and we live above. The unit is at ground level (but not a basement, there are windows and direct entry and a nice outdoor patio, excellent lighting, does not feel claustrophobic) with the caveat that part of the ceiling in low - if you are exceptionally tall, it probably won't be the right place for you. There are several restaurants within 2 blocks: Aphrodite’s Organic Cafe and Pie Shop, La Quercia (upscale Italian restaurant). Wonderful in summertime to admire the beautiful pink sunsets, is the Galley, a 15 minutes walk along Jericho Beach. There are also several Japanese, indian, chinese restaurants and many cafes in the vicinity. Become a Vancouverite and walk your cafe to the beach, any time of the day! Kitsilano is a popular neighbourhood, with centenarian houses and leafy streets. From your suite, you can walk to several beaches (Jericho, Locarno, Spanish Banks, Kitsilano), the kits outdoor pool (one lap is 137-meter long!), the Jericho Sailing Club (paddle boards available for rent at Ecomarine). Hop in the bus or take your car to visit the UBC campus, the Museum of Anthropology (MOA), the Art Gallery, Stanley Park and the Vancouver Aquarium, the amazing downtown Vancouver Public Library, Robson street stores, the seawall, Yaletown... Let's not forget Wreck Beach, the swim-suit optional beach west to UBC! Buses are 2 blocks away, allowing an easy access to the Vancouver airport, UBC, downtown. The house is minutes away from the UBC campus and downtown, in a very quiet and charming neighbourhood. Crystal Energy Suite/4min sea/20min Downtown

Welcome to the beautiful Crystal Energy Suite in West Vancouver, where there are many rare energy crystals to empower you, Tibetan Himalayan crystals from over 4800 meters above sea level, and Canadian Aurora 23 crystals with a 1.5 billion year history. This is the perfect choice for your vacation, sea view, and healing! The house is close to the mountains and the sea, with beautiful views and very safe. The suite is a 4-minute walk to the beach, and within 20 minutes drive to Capilano Bridge, Horseshoe Bay, DownTown, Stanley Park, and ski resorts. The suite is located in the basement, with an area of 750 sq. ft. and a separate entrance. The room can accommodate 4 people. The large living room has a large and comfortable leather sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The XJIMI projector allows you to watch movies at home. The room has a capsule coffee machine. The bedroom has a huge king size bed that can accommodate more than two people, a leather sofa, a large wardrobe, and of course an amethyst from Uruguay and a pink crystal ball from Madagascar to help you sleep. The crystals in the house can be purchased and taken home. If you want to collect more crystals, I will show you my collection. In addition, the house has a spacious bathroom with a separate hot water shower. Next to the bathroom is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Free street parking is available outside the house. There are many beautiful views and supermarkets around, as well as very beautiful and high-end beach restaurants and beach cafes.
