Guest Access: House is equipped with a smart lock and guests will be provided with a custom access code on the day of checkin.

This property isn’t just a house to us—it’s a piece of our family’s heart. My family bought this land back in the 1950s, and for years, these fields were an active peach orchard, Blue Skies Orchard. While the orchard has retired, the peace and warmth of those years are still rooted deep in the soil. Opening this home is our way of sharing that heritage with you. The house has 3 bedrooms plus a pull-out couch. The kitchen has been beautifully remodeled and keeps the county feel.

Come enjoy the peaceful countryside just 10 minutes off the tollroad in northwest Ohio. We have a separate one bedroom apartment on our fifth generation farm. My grandparents added this space onto the barn in 1968 so they had a place to stay when visiting. Now that they have passed, we have this space to share with others who are visiting or passing through the area . The space is perfect for one or two people.
