Monthly Rentals in West Stockbridge

Beautiful home in a peaceful setting a short drive to Berkshires attractions. The house was cozy and inviting, with so many beautiful touches that made it feel like a real home instead of an Airbnb that was solely designed for income. Despite the size and many nooks and crannies it was impeccably clean. We were there during some chilly rainy days and it was a lovely place to curl up and read or chat, with plenty of room to spread out. One thing to be aware of, the full bath with shower is on the main level, so using it requires toting shower things up and down the stairs each time. Something to be aware of if there's a group member with less mobility. Very doable with assistance, and the shower is a walk-in which was great. I didn't think anyone in my party would mind the train. Little did I know it would turn out to be the highlight of the trip and best part of the stay. Everyone loved it!

The house is very comfortable and feels like home. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped — a great experience for cooking. There’s a peaceful courtyard that’s perfect for calming your mind or reading a book. One night, we even spotted a bear from the window! It’s a great location, and don’t worry — the bears are vegetarian. Elisa and Mickey are very kind and responsive. They’ll even create a personalized list to help you explore the town, even if you’re not familiar with the area. You can shop at Taft Farm — my favorite local farm. Cooking at the house really made it feel like home, and also “farm to table” experience. Thank you!

Such a lovely home — Quiet and remote getaway. Sheela was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Lovely stay! Enjoyed being surrounded by nature, close to great restaurants (the lost lamb for breakfast/coffee was so cute!) and an easy drive up to Mass Moca to check out the new art exhibits :)
