Holiday houses in West Quoddy Head

This was our first time visiting Grand Manan, and after our stay at Alex's place, it certainly won't be our last!! right from booking, Alex was very responsive, with local recommendations, to even calling to see about Kayaking for us. Our stay was during the off season in Grand Manan and the weather for 2 of the 3 days was less then ideal, but we still managed to get around and visit some local spots. This airbnb is located maybe 5/10 mins from the Ferry, making it very convenient, close to a convenient store as well as their local Independent grocery store. There are a few games provided as well as binoculars !( witch came in handy when we seen whales in the bay out back !! ), The hot tub was immaculate and was a great way to keep the serenity after a peaceful day of exploring. We will most definitely be back, especially once the hustle and bustle of touriat season comes around ! if your looking for a place to stay, we definitely recommend Alex's place ! Thanks again Alex !!

You won't find a better location on the island for the value! Comfortable accomodations, clean and homey. Very responsive and accomodating hosts. We will definitely book this location again!

What a beautiful place to stay! Denise welcomed us, and took us on a tour of the house. Her house is equipped with everything you need, it was awesome. the home was clean and very comfortable. The nature cant be beat! The sky at night is of course incredible, as is the beach right across the road. Beautiful stones, a rockhound would have a ball. I cannot wait to go back!

We had a fantastic first-time stay at Todd and Jessica's cottage. The cottage's front lawn comes to the water so it is easy and incredible to sit on the spacious patio and watch the tides, Spoon island, and numerous waterfowl like great blue herons, eagles, crows, seagulls and cormorants. The cottage is clean and well equipped, inc. two pairs of binoculars, games, and well equipped kitchen. The fire pit is beautiful and we had sufficient supply of wood. We appreciate being able to bring our dog - we walked the nearby Gagong Nature Preserve every morning and it was great. St. Stephen is nearby for convenience as is a great little local vegetable market (inc. fresh blueberries, NB honey and maple syrup) - on route 170 toward St. Stephen. We highly recommend the place! What a beautiful location. The view from the dining room table is priceless. So peaceful, next to zero boat noise. Beautiful islands out front to observe the tides rolling in and out. We were there while our home was being destroyed by Hurricane Milton in FL. it was the peaceful place my wife and child needed knowing what we would be facing when we returned home. I cant say enough how this location just gives you a sense of peace and tranquility. We also had the privilege of being at Bella Vista during KP scale level 8.5 Aurora Borealis. This was a bucket list type of thing. We sat outside by the fire pit for 3 hours as the sky danced brilliant reds, greens, purples and whites. It was such a rare gift.

We had a lovely stay! Beautiful views and wonderful central location. A detail we really appreciated were all the extra comforts/amenities like toiletries/cleaning&cooking supplies/etc which made the stay extra enjoyable! Will definitely be returning in the future!

We really enjoyed staying at Carly’s house. It was clean, comfortably furnished, light and airy, and you can see the ocean (unless it’s foggy). We would definitely come again!

The property was perfect for our Team who was in town for a tournament. Host was responsive and very helpful. Would recommend for any group of any kind.
