We decided on a last-minute Mother’s Day weekend getaway and stumbled upon this absolute gem! The house was stunning, beautifully decorated with so much attention to detail. We instantly fell in love with the space. The pool and pickleball court were perfect for spending quality time with the family, and we didn’t even need to leave—the place had everything we needed for a relaxing long weekend. Joy was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. Highly recommend!

Great house and amenities! Located on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood. Very easy to get to, and only 10mins from Atlantic Ave and the beach! Plenty of parking and space for people to sleep. Well stocked kitchen. All of the rooms are modern and upgraded. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. I would 100% stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

We had an amazing stay - all the amenities were nice to have and we were able to keep our kids (ages 2-12) entertained and they had a blast. I would give it 5 stars for sure. The hosts communicated in a timely manner. We definitely recommend to stay but a couple of things we’re sure others would want to know about is that - 1 of the bedrooms with the king bed didn’t have a dresser and the bathroom didn’t have a door. Didn’t have the required privacy needed for a bathroom. Thats something I’d want to know when booking. Otherwise 5 stars for sure!

A really nice home with a beautiful aesthetic. The location was perfect and a nice neighbourhood. We had a great visit and made a lot of good memories while staying at this house.

We had an incredible stay at “The Garden of Eden”! Just what my family was looking for. Not only was it beautiful but extremely accommodating for the 14 of us, to comfortably stay. The location was convenient only a short uber ride from Worth Avenue and nothing beats their Sunset Lakeview! We would definitely stay here again. Special shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond for us!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

We felt right at home when we arrived. The place is beautiful and with a little bit of precaution, quite toddler friendly. We had a wonderful month long stay and Carolina was beyond responsive to all of our needs. Internet was super fast. We hope to return in future years!

We loved the house. It was very well equipped with everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and in a great location. So lovely to have the pool to cool off. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Would highly recommend this place to stay. We would love to come back!

Absolutely incredible stay! This North Palm Beach waterfront home exceeded all expectations theirs t time a coupel years agi and we had to come back for another family vacation to remember. From the moment we booked, the property manager was exceptionally responsive—quick to answer every question and genuinely committed to making sure our stay was perfect. The house itself is stunning. The open floor plan and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax, gather, and enjoy time together. Every room was beautifully appointed, and the linens and amenities were luxurious—like staying at a high-end resort with the comfort of home. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt well thought out. For families, this place is a dream. The fishing right off the dock was a huge hit with the kids—we spent hours outside enjoying the water, and even caught a few fish! There’s so much outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather, and the landscaping made it feel like a resort

We were thrilled by this house. Great location. Plenty of room. Beautiful yard. Excellent communication. The hosts are very thoughtful in what they provide. We were traveling with our kids and my mom. Everyone was comfortable. Beach within walking distance. Tons to do nearby. Highly recommend!

Actual place was just like the photos. Host was attentive and communicative. Quick turn around with questions or concerns.

Our stay at Koi House was great. We were there as a family to attend the Battle of Boca with my grandson. The house was very spacious and everyone had their own space. It was close to the grocery store and resturants. The younger kids loved the piano and pool table was a hit with everyone. We would love to stay there again.

We had a great stay. Looked just like the pictures. Had everything we needed. Very clean, the bed was very comfortable, beautiful back patio/pool area. Would definitely recommend! We hope to stay again!

An incredibly beautiful home, comfortable bedding, mood lighting, big open kitchen and living room, a perfectly private and peaceful backyard and pool area made for such a lovely stay! I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need- coffee pot, keurig, toaster, all the baking sheets, pots, pans, cutlery, tins of dishes, plates, and coffee mugs, we had everything we needed! Loved that the fridge had filtered water and ice and was just so comfortable the whole time! Beverly was super responsive and went out of her way to recommend some local activities and places which was such a nice touch :) highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was impeccably well-kept and spotlessly clean, which we truly appreciated. It felt incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy our time. We had such a fantastic experience and can't wait to book this place again on our next trip!

The place was very nice overall. I would however, put signs for steps. Some people actually fell on steps because we didn't see them. I also think that if the pool is allowed to be used for each guest, then it needs to be cleaned out. You don't know what people have done in the pool such as pissed, or perfumes and lotions, so I think that because of the amount of pay, the pool should be cleaned. We should not have been told that the pool is used person after person. We expect to get what we pay for.

Great house with a beautiful yard. It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The gym made the stay that much better to help us start our day with a morning workout before going out for the day. Would definitely come back again.

Cute place! Backyard was so cozy and well setup. Great communication! Didn’t love the location as much as the Delray location. However super convenient to the airport/drop off rental car!

Just want to say bunch of great things about Eduardo. When we checked in, the house was very clean and all accessories were in place, like it was mentioned in the house description. Eduardo was in touch with us throughout the whole stay, any questions or concerns that we had were addressed within 10-15 min after we contacted him. The swimming pool, hot tub and terrace were very clean and ready for us to use. Of note, Eduardo does have a nice yacht that can be rented, yet it was not mentioned in the house description, so keep that in mind if you want to have some extra fun. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Can’t give too much of an in depth review as my stay was cut short by issues with the cooling system in the house. However, during the short stay that I was there, Valerie was very responsive and hospitable. The home was nice and is as advertised. The home appears just like it does in the pictures. The few days I was there with my family were enjoyable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and the hosts were amazing. They were quick to respond and were very attentive to anything we needed throughout our stay. The home is lovely and just as pictured. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Lynne was awesome. She responded quickly when I had questions before booking and once situated. The house is amazing. Great for a family or 4 couples looking for a get away that want a way to be able to be together to party and then have alone time. They make sure you have EVERYTHING you need. Towels, sun screen spray, dishes for days, coffee and all you need to make it like you want, 2 fridges, washer and dryer and a pack man/galaga machine. I'm sure I'm missing something, but you will be well taken care of. I will truly be returning.
