This beautiful and tranquil home recently got a complete renovation and is located in downtown Odessa. This oasis is walking distance to medical center hospital, Texas tech building, the life center, the city hall, the world largest rabbit, first Baptist church Odessa, the public library, restaurants and many other businesses in the area! This home is less than 5 minutes drive from i20, 2.8 miles from the coliseum 5 miles from the mall and many more restaurants and activities.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Urban setting. Walking distance to both hospitals. Bus stop nearby. Walking distance to restaurants. Smoke/pet free. Full size bed. Microwave, small frig, coffee pot. NO STOVE, NO WASHER, NO DRYER Private entrance, on site parking. The studio is the back area to a house. The bedroom has no connecting walls. The ac/heater is shared and thermostat is in house; however the studio stays at a comfortable temp.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The home has all new furniture and appliances. It is convenient to all great restaurants and easy access to 191. WiFi, smart TVs in every room. Dedicated work space. one King suite, 2 queen bedrooms upstairs. Great place for work or visiting. Extended stay available, also has a washer and dryer and a patio with turf. Pets always allowed. all rooms also have floor length mirrors.

The home can comfortably sleep 6 adults plus one extra if you convert the living room couch to a bed. It comes with a 75 inch smart TV in the living room and a 65 inch in the master bedroom. Many amenities essential for maximum comfort are present.

The cabin is private and is located on an acre shared with other employee housing. Part of the road is unpaved and shown in a picture. Please take this fact into consideration before booking. I cannot pave the road as it does not belong to me. I have asked the county to possibly pave the road and charge all property owners on property taxes, but will not.
