Newly renovated one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with the perfect space to stay for traveling into New York City. Plenty of space for 2 or 3! Large outdoor deck to enjoy sunny days.Easy access to public transportation. Just one block from bus stop, 3 blocks from light trail station or a short walk to NY/NJ Ferry station. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores/supermarkets. We highly recommend our space for those using public transportation as street parking is limited.

I had such a relaxing and joyful night at Estefany's place! The location is incredibly convenient—just steps from the bus stop, and as soon as you get off, you’re greeted by the most breathtaking view. It immediately lifts your spirits, and the best part is, you can enjoy that same view right from inside the room! This is truly a top-notch stay. Estefany and Athiaperez are both so kind and welcoming, and I already miss Rio! 🐶 I highly recommend this place if you’re visiting New York. Also, if you’re into morning runs, this is a perfect spot. Waking up and running with such a stunning view is an experience you shouldn’t miss. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in New York. The place is clean, comfortable, and very safe. Highly, highly recommended! ✨✨

It is an excellent listing, everything was as described. A very-well equipped apartment in West New York, and the area has several great restaurants but street, where the apartment is located, is very quiet. The whole neighbourhood felt very safe. Also, it is well-connected to Midtown Manhattan by public transit. I did not meet Dayan but they were very friendly and helpful in their messages.

I had a very nice time at Zoya and Mike's in West New York. The apartment is only a short bus ride to the city, which makes it very convenient to visit NY while also staying in a quieter, residential area. Lots of Latin American communities around so great food options and good vibes! I highly recommend it!

very very nice place. very artistic and creative, very cheap and accessible. pim is a sweetheart and extremely helpful, he is accommodating and flexible with timing. I had a very nice stay overall, I didn't expect a comfortable stay for the price I paid but even the bed was comfortable, the lights were peaceful, and there was the option of extra fans all around in case it was too hot. overall it was perfect

This was an awesome place to book for a city trip! It’s in a cute, clean suburban area in West New York that’s perfect for a quiet night’s sleep. There’s a bus stop right there that takes you into the city super quickly and cheaply. The bedroom was really efficient with a TV that connects to streaming services. The kitchen is nice and has everything you need, and the fridge with numbered shelves is a lifesaver - it makes it easy to keep your own food separate from others. Mel was super responsive to my messages, even though we didn’t meet in person. She was an amazing host, and I’d definitely come back and stay here again!
