Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in West Miami

Great location, easily accessible to main buses nearby connecting to most shops and restaurants. Was a nice quiet area with good privacy. Easily maintainable and walkable supermarkets with good parking space and many amenities in good condition available.

I would like to say this is one of the best Airbnb’s in the Miami Beach area, I would definitely recommend this to a small family or even a group of friends going to visit Miami for a weekend! It is very close to many different stores and restaurants, and a close drive to multiple beaches! Will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful views and lots of good restaurants walking distance. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. The bed was amazing! We will definitely be back.

The best part about this unit is the host (Maria). She is wonderful in terms of helping and accommodating, and went as far as to go out of her way to give me a ride. I was there for a family emergency and she was very compassionate and helpful. This is my second stay and I’ll be returning to this place when the time comes. Nice, cozy, well taken care of place with all the basics. Great for an individual or a couple.

Best location in Coconut Grove, and this unit has a beautiful view. Hosts were immediately responsive to requests, and were able to accommodate another night when my travel plans changed. I’d highly recommend!

Mario & Yoly were fantastic hosts and their Airbnb was the perfect spot for our weekend in Miami. We were in walking distance or a short uber to Coral Gables and our little pup also felt right at home. Definitely would love to come back again!

Gabrielas guest house is just as described, clean in a safe, quiet neighborhood, gated area to park the car at door steps. There were plenty of towels and linen, the mattresses and bedroom sizes comfortable, no TVs in bedrooms, we did not watch any tv during our 3 night stay and we did not use the wifi. They supplied plenty of bathroom tissue, and shower supplies. Great washer and drier but my daughter could not find any detergent , I did not look for it. There was plenty of water bottles in the kitchen cabinets, and coffee pods provided, we loved this! Not many kitchen supplies and no dishwasher or toaster oven, we were 4 guests and had to wash our coffee mugs and utensils, we did not cook any meals, the kitchen space is small. Our only complain is the noisy air conditioning unit inside the living space and the faucets in bathroom sink and kitchen that are hard to maneuver, adjust the water stream and noisy when you open and close them. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

This is exactly as described ,in pristine condition. The location was terrific ,there is a super great bakery,the Majestic within walking distance. There were many great places to eat ,Graziano s is terrific for empananos and Italian food. as well as Books and Books for sandwiches.....Miracle mile offers many places to shop,eat and explore. The Casita was very private and quiet. We would stay again .

Great stay. We had a minor concern and Frank mobilized his staff to address it right away. Only thing that was kind of awkward about the house was that the bedroom and bathroom locks were broken so you could not lock those doors. Other than that the place was good

The house is fantastic and precisely as described. It’s incredibly spacious for our group! The hosts were incredibly communicative and accommodated our early check-in request. They also gave us a welcome treat, which was a lovely gesture. There’s ample parking for a car. They provided a few beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella, which we were able to use. The house is a 12 minute drive from the airport and about 40 minutes from Miami Beach.

My stay was absolutely amazing. Before arriving the host give clear instructions, very informative about the area how to go about checking in and checking out and also on property itself. parking was easy I felt very secure and safe in the area of the Airbnb. I gave this Airbnb at 10 out of 10. most definitely book again.

Had such a great stay at your beautiful home. The pool/backyard space was AMAZING for the kids. Great location & great neighborhood. We will definitely be back!!

Can’t say enough, good things about this house. Beautiful location, squeaky, clean throughout, plenty to do. Wasn’t sure about staying on a lake in Florida because of possibility of alligators. This lake is one of the cleanest lakes I’ve ever seen. We swam, we used their kayaks, and spent a whole day just floating out there. It is also a very quiet lake at least as long as we were there. Ran out of toilet paper and paper towels, and asked if we should go get some and within an hour, they brought them to us. Service was outstanding. If I ever go back to Miami, I am definitely coming back here.

Gabriela made my birthday trip a home away from home. She was very responsive and had clear instructions with pictures attached. The home was just enough for me and my boyfriend. I even cooked a few meals and felt at home. 10’s across the board!!!

The condo was in a great location, close to the airport. The condo was super comfy for our week stay and had everything we needed.

The place was beautiful looked even better than the photos, the bed was super comfortable, view was extremely beautiful, only problem was I wish it was more towels I asked for them but nobody ever brought them. Other than that everything was great, also be prepared to pay at least $40-50 a day for parking. Great host he was there right away to help with check in and gave us a better rate for parking which was $40 a day.

Place was clean and walkable to many restaurants/stores in downtown Miami. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Jason and Dave’s rental was beyond our expectations it very close to great restaurants and shopping locations. Through out our stay they made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy you trip we can’t wait to come back to visit ☺️

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I love Coconut Grove and had again a great time !
