Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

Fantastic place to call home while traveling. Very clean, thoughtfully laid out, private oasis with the hot tub. When the propane for the grill ran out, Heidi was quick to change it out. We left behind a few items and we were contacted right away; she set them aside until we could retrieve them. Highly recommend this little gem!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Spectacular home.There is plenty of room to relax and play (our family loved the pool table and the arcade games) .The outdoor space is ideal for hot summer days with a refreshing and super clean pool and outdoor couches. The bathrooms were super clean and the master bathroom is simply spectacular. Kitchen has everything you need to feel right at home. We cooked a few meals and found all utensils we needed. All rooms are very comfortable and modernly furnished. Beds are comfortable. Many high end details are a nice touch. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe (I was walking our dog at night). Shopping center with many stores is less than 5 minutes away so it is convenient. Beach is about 15 minutes away. Paradise beach had plenty of free parking and we enjoyed it. William is SUPER helpful. We had a few questions when we arrived and a small issue with bed linens and he responded immediately with professionalism and care. Thank you! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay to go on a cruise out of Port Canaveral… very clean and close to the port!!

After coming to Orlando for cheer worlds we decided last minute we were not ready to go home, we booked this home last minute ( the day of) and so glad we did! Traveling 14 hours with three kids alone and spending a few days in Orlando made it impossible to relax until we got here! The pool was absolutely perfect, I was able to get some sun and not worry about the kids since the pool was right there. There was also plenty of games to keep them entertained. The house was stocked with anything you could possibly need and the beds were also super comfy. I loved how homey the house felt and how it’s in a quiet neighborhood. The only regret we had was not staying longer!

We had 4 people staying plus our grandson visiting. Very comfortable and convenient. Even had 2 beach chairs and a beach blanket!

The home was beautifully decorated. You can tell they care and do upgrades. Then bonus room is a little outdated, but it was closed off from the main area with French doors. You could easily open it for added space if you have a large family gathering. Great place for kids to hang out. Ping pong table was a hit. Washer and dryer worked great. Bedrooms were nice. Beds were comfortable. The master on suite. Well i don’t want to ruin the surprise or the laughs, It is one of those scratch my head and laugh. The shower was wonderful lots of hot water. We would definitely book again. Due to storms we could not use the pool but it was clean and well kept.

We so enjoyed our stay that we extended another few days. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Love the 60’s decor and the terrazzo floor. The home is in a very nice neighborhood with a great park right around the corner where we were able to walk our dogs every day. About 1/2 mile from a beautiful beach. And my favorite..the tropical plants in the backyard with a huge saltwater pool! Beth was exceptional when it came to responding to my messages, usually within minutes and went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our stay and to see if we had any questions or needs! We are already planning our trip for next year!

My wife, 3 pups and I had a great relaxing stay. Larger than expected backyard, great pool and outdoor area as well as incredible convenience to what felt like a private beach — rode bikes to the beach one day, drove 3 mins and parked all other days. AM Walks on the beach, convenience to groceries, shopping and any restaurant the area has to offer as well as quiet area … made this a perfect, flexible location for us. Terese provided recommendations and was very responsive to any questions we had. If in the area again, we will look to reserve again!

Everyone in the group had something nice they just loved about the place. Of course the kids enjoyed the pool everyday of our stay, my dad love how comfortable the place felt, and I enjoyed how cozy the beds and sheets were. Especially after being the beach all day! Speaking of the beach me and my daughter also enjoyed nightly walks to the beach was only about a 19min walk. An experience we will able to cherish forever! We loved everything about the place, they had everything we needed and some.

We really enjoyed our stay and have already talked about going back again next year! The beach access was so easy and definitely worth it. The host was very responsive when we encountered any issues (the garage door button battery died, no big deal!) The space is actually bigger than it looks in the photos in my opinion, we had 4 adults, 1 toddler, and our family dog and all had plenty of room to relax.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was beautifully remodeled and everything was squeaky clean — you can tell a lot of care went into preparing it. Fully furnished with everything we needed, it felt like a home away from home. What really stood out was the easygoing check-out process. Olga made it clear that she wanted us to enjoy our last hours without stressing about cleaning or following a long list of rules. That kind of hospitality makes all the difference. Highly recommend!

This home is a dream. The proximity to the beach is superb, but once you step into the backyard and your private oasis, you'll be tempted to stay there. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail you can imagine. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows provided. The kitchen is spacious and the layout of the house with two living rooms allows your party to do their own thing when they want to. The backyard was the highlight for us. The landscaping provides pure seclusion. During the day we relaxed in the pool loungers and every evening we would relax in the spa and then dry off under the patio lights by the table fire pit. We did not need to bring over half of what we did because so many amenities and beach items are provided. I can't think of one negative thing to say except we didn't stay long enough!

A great location, peaceful, quiet and the view of the beach is to die for. The host Lindsey was a great host. I would stay here again. Thank you Lindsey.

This truly felt like home away from home. The house was spotless, beautiful and everything that was promised. Katherine was also a wonderful, friendly and responsive host. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and peaceful with easy access to the interstate. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to staying again when I come back.

This is the perfect place to stay for a quick rest after a long drive to the port for a cruise!!

I brought my wife and kids and it was ideal for us. The pool and hot tub were great and we really enjoyed lounging inside if it easy rainy. Ashley and Christopher were very accessible and helpful. They turned in the hot tub quickly every time I requested it. And if there were any issues, they swiftly remedied them. Highly recommend this place and host.

my boyfriend and I had a really great time here. The place was clean and comfortable. We visited cocoa beach amd Orlando during our stay, and this location was perfect and affordable. We will definitely be back!

Amazing spot right by the water super cozy home to rent, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud!!! Enough space to cook in the kitchen all & all it was a great stay!!

Kathy's place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The covered patio was a great place to have a meal in the evening or a coffee in the morning watching the squirrels and birds start their day. The house was stocked with absolutely anything you could need, from toiletries to cleaning supplies and enough available to last for a while. Kathy was very responsive and kind. One thing to note for those with little ones is that while beautiful, the house does have lots of decorations that could easily break. We stayed with our 2 year old and had no issues but she's not very rambunctious, for the most part. Just something to keep in mind! I would definitely recommend the place and would consider staying again if we are in the area.
