Townhouse holiday rentals in West Melbourne

I highly recommend Lyndall’s home for your stay. We came from the US for my son’s wedding. The location was excellent just a few steps off Lygon to restaurants and tram stop in one direction and around corner to park and fabulous coffee shop with both savory and sweet bakery options that we visited daily during our stay. The main House has everything that you need, kitchen with large table for dining and all amenities for cooking. All beds very comfortable and baths and showers wonderful. Washer dryer was so nice! We rented the main house as well as guest suite in back which was perfect for us as we were 3 adults and 2 children. The guest suite was very comfortable with queen bed private bath. And was a wonderful place to retreat in the evening . The back yard space has a large table which we used everyday! Lyndall was an exceptional host from my first communication. We arrived to breakfast food in fridge, toys and books for our kiddo’s. She made us feel welcome, love to come back!

Enjoyed a great stay at Jarrod's place which was exactly as advertised. Great location in Seddon with two train stations within walking distance to get into the city. Place is also very close to numerous cafe's, restaurants and a great local pub as well (Mona Castle). Place was perfect in terms of configuration for the group we had, but would also perfectly suit a family stay. Access to the property was easy, and Jarrod was very responsive for any questions we had leading up to the stay. An added bonus was having foxtel available on the TV to relax in front of after long days at the Grand Prix. A great stay enjoyed by the whole group, and thoroughly recommend it for a stay in Melbourne!

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

Christina’s place was absolutely lovely to stay in! We had initially booked a separate airbnb, but had to cancel since the place was really not cleaned up to standard. Having Christina greet us from check in, to staying in squeeky clean rooms, the whole experience had made our trip so much better! Highly recommend for anyone coming to Melbourne!

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

We spent a month at Gary's place while relocating between countries, and had a fantastic stay. The home is very functional, well-equipped, and in a convenient location close to public transport and shops. Gary was always responsive and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and hassle-free.

location, location, location. Perfect spot, close to tram, beautiful restaurants, hotels and Albert Park. Really comfortable and super clean space.

Perfect home in a great location. The 2 bedrooms were spacious and clean - good bed linen and comfy beds, lots of cupboard space. The 2 bathrooms were well fitted. The lounge was comfy and the kitchen had all necessary equipment and basics. All well-appointed. Good off-street parking, easy access, and directly across the road from the promenade walkway which was really great.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Caroline’s house. The entire house is spacious and very clean. It contained everything we needed and more. The location was great and short drives to different shopping centres and dining. Caroline was a great host, very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay there again for next time we visit Melbourne.

Thanks Cyndy, It was cozy and quiet staying at your studio. Just what my daughter and I needed for our 1 night stay. Easy access to Northcote and Collingwood where our events were on.

Mei was very friendly and was in contact right from the time we reserved the Townhouse She had a very helpful booklet with information on transport where to eat WIFI password . She provide step by step instructions on where to park to get into the Townhouse which was very helpful as we arrived after 10 pm at night I would recommend Mei and her Townhouse. It suited our needs very well.

Tricia’s house was fantastic. It was clean, stocked and a really peaceful place to be close to the beach. This house felt like a home not a house. There was plenty of everything. Plenty of treats and everything you need to cook. Everything wasn’t locked away so you could get what you needed which I loved. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the beach was lovely and just 50 metres from the back gate literally ! Will definitely come back here. A really responsive and welcoming host. A pleasure. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs and down stairs if sharing with friends or extended family and great washing facilities for longer stays. I do not have one bad thing to say about this house. It does have stairs though so one has to be aware of this but you have an internal garage which is excellent and the bathroom has a heated floor ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We absolutely loved our stay in Alan's gorgeous Collingwood retreat. The perfect little spot for the CBD and neighbouring suburbs like Fitzroy. There is a fantastic selection of eating options in around the high-street in Collingwood. The house itself was gorgeous - warm and inviting. The perfect little resting spot after a long day of exploring what Melbourne has to offer. Beds are cozy and the heating is a welcomed bonus in the cool weather! The kitchen is fantastic if you're not keen on venturing out! Alan is a fabulous host, engaged and easy to communicate with. Very secure and safe entry into the home.

Great little place with a big personality and plenty of room for 5 to fit comfortably. Close to fantastic cafes & restaurants, trams and (most importantly) Albert Park. Exactly what we were looking for!

Short walk to Craigieburn central. Close drive to our worksite. Close drive to multiple other restaurants. DTR responded quickly and we could extend our stay easily.

Quoc and Quyen were lovely hosts, very responsive and accommodating to every question, query or need. The house was immaculate and perfect for what we were looking for, beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean and well designed and the house had everything we needed. We will be booking again for sure

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

A bright, spacious townhouse which is close to public transport, so easy to catch tram to CBD. Well appointed and very clean lodging. Andrea communicated very promptly and came over to the townhouse to solve a minor issue. I would stay here again and recommend to my friends.
