Booked for work colleagues and they were very happy, no complaints.

Absolutely fantastic stay at Stephen’s place! From start to finish, everything was spot on—just as advertised and exactly what I needed for my week away. The space was clean, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. Stephen has clearly put thought into the little extras that make a stay feel special: breakfast cereals, chocolate bars, and even ice lollies in the freezer—such a thoughtful touch, especially knowing a hot week was ahead! The beds were super comfy, and the bonus of a TV in the bedroom was a nice touch for winding down in the evenings. Stephen himself was great—responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout. I’d absolutely love to stay here again the next time I’m in Scotland. It’s always booked out, and there’s a very good reason for that. If you get the chance to book this place, snap it up before I do!

Wonderful apartment to serve as a home base for a visit to Edinburgh. Incredibly easy to get to from the airport (2 minutes from a tram stop), and very centrally located so you can easily get to most main attractions quickly. The place was super clean and David was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question.

Paul's place is a hidden gem. Quiet area, close to the train station and with parking provided out front. Paul was really friendly and easy to communicate with. The place was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. The mattress in the main bedroom was a little firm for my liking but could easily be fixed with a mattress topper (and might suit anyone who isn't a side sleeper). All in all we had a lovely stay and really appreciated our time at Paul's.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely, modern, cosy and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The consumables provided were of great quality, which made us feel even more at home. The host was friendly, accommodating, and very understanding. We would love to stay again in the future and will definitely recommend this place to friends visiting the area!

Appartamento ampio e moderno. Pulito. Wifi molto buona. Ben fornito. Parcheggio e supermercato comodo. Host molto reattivo. Contesto esterno alla casa un po’ industriale e commerciale. In auto a poca distanza zone molto belle. A piedi trovate poche cose interessanti nel circondario mentre in auto a 15’ diventa tutto molto bello. Edimburgo e le grandi attrazioni sono a 30’ di auto, di norma senza traffico e senza problemi di parcheggio.

Very clean. Everything looks brand new. Detailed instructions. Just be prepared to have limited transportation options without a vehicle. Active bus routes are close to a mile away. Not a bad walk but just be prepared.

We had a wonderful stay here! Great place, had everything we needed, and very clean! We stayed with three adults and a toddler and had plenty of space. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely stay. Our host was thoughtful in setting up the space and added little things that made our trip easy like laundry soap, fresh ground coffee, large towels set out in each guest room. It was definitely luxury and we felt very welcome in her home. Just far enough away to be quiet and spacious while still making the city accessible we walked everywhere except dinner out one evening.

Ryan was easy to communicate with and super helpful. The location of the apartment was just perfect. Booked due to a gig at Murrayfield and wanted a short walk home and ticket that box. I also wanted a nice stroll into town, this was lovely along the canal. But public transport in the area is superb. The cafe opposite is lovely and there’s a Waitrose round the corner for provisions. We also had an hour reading in the park around the corner. The apartment is huge and well equipped. Very tastefully decorated and a wee bit quirky, in a good way! We ate at The Palmerston restaurant and at Perslane both excellent. Altogether had a brilliant weekend and I would thoroughly recommend!

This was my favourite stay on Airbnb so far. Mark was an incredible host, with great communication, clear instructions and generosity with everything (we made full use of the Nespresso machine 😂). The flat itself was beautiful, very nicely decorated. you can tell just from looking at it that a lot of thought and effort went into it, has a lot of personality, and quite clear that mark uses it himself as well. would definitely recommend to anyone who doesn't mind the slightly higher price and a few flights of stairs :)

Nice and quiet getaway from the city without being too far. It looks exactly like the listing, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

Great value Airbnb. Very well equipped. Lovely to get breakfast products. Beds were comfy, Inc the sofa bed. The outside space was a bonus. Great walks. Straightforward bus service to explore further afield. Lots of local walks, pubs and food options. Rosie couldn’t do enough for us. A great weekend. Thank you Rosie.

Lovely spacious apartment with excellent transport links to City Centre also a supermarket right next door . A bakery nearby also little cafe/bar where we had breakfast one morning .

The info provided was great - didn’t need to ask a thing. Handy location, lovely flat and Ollie was so friendly.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Was a good place and close to restaurants and the station. Had come for a conference and was very easy to commute to the international centre. Very reasonable prices as well! We had a good time. Thank you
