Great place to stay for a great price! Private and quiet location

My first experience booking with Airbnb and our second experience going to Florida . Booking with them I had constant communication with the cohost and she even was quick to help resolve an issue with the locked door we had . The neighborhood is quiet and the location is near very popular areas. I guess and I enjoyed the stay and have no complaints!

William and Christina were friendly, prompt and courteous. They were very helpful everytime we had questions and had extremely detailed check in instructions. The place itself was cozy and very well kept. the exterior was great with coconut trees, lime trees, the beautiful views of the lake and the wonderful pool we used to cool off in the evenings. The house itself was very well stocked, kitchen had everything you could need and they had tons of towels! I definitely reccomend staying here and if we're in the area again will definitely be looking to book here again.

I had a nice stay in this airbnb it was a little hiccup from the beginning but the rest of my stay went very smooth I appreciate the host for letting us book with her and she was amazing.

Ian Alvin was a wonderful responsive host with an immaculate and cozy updated home. The bedrooms were a good size, the bathrooms had great water pressure and the living area was a nice size for our 4 adults. The pictures are very accurate, the home is centrally located and not far from many popular areas. I would definitely stay here again!

Chloe's place was super clean, included even more living supplies than I expected and the check in process was super smooth. She also responded to my messages right away if I had a question and even agreed to drop off my package which I ordered, since it was delivered to her address instead of mine. Hands down the best AirBnb experience I've had so far. Would give 6 stars if I could!!

I had a great stay at this studio in Miami! The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I felt welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gina was a great host. Her property was cute and cozy and the perfect getaway for my partner and I. Her and her team were not only responsive but super friendly. The private outdoor area was a great addition to the property. We hung out outside and enjoyed the great Miami weather. Though we did not use it, there was also a barbecue available. Would definitely recommend booking!

We can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time at their condo! Our family of 4 stayed for 7 nights to explore Miami while we were down there for our son’s college orientation. This condo is in the most ideal location…situated by so many delicious restaurants and shops within walking distance and the pristine beach is literally steps away! The front desk attendants were so helpful and friendly and the cleaning staff was an extra bonus which we were pleasantly surprised with! Alex and Sofia were very attentive to our questions and kind and friendly with their communication…top notch! We are Airbnb hosts ourselves, and we are looking forward to staying here again!

Hello . Mathew was a Really Great Host !! The place is Better than the pictures !! I got the Rest I Needed and Mathew made Sure I had Everything . It was Very Nicely Decorated and Clean … Did Not see one bug the week I was there .. He Answered All questions Very Fast . I Will Definitely Be Staying here again .. I Live here in Lauderdale and use Airbnb a Lot for a Kinda Staycation to get AWAY from home :-)) !!!! This place was one of the Nicest places yet !! I really did not want to leave , I could Live there and be Very Happy . You won’t be sorry renting from Mathew .. Wish I could give him More than 5 Stars .. I over slept an hour check out day ( I was so comfy) and he was Very Nice about it !!! Can’t Thank You Enough Mathew !! TinaMarie

I absolutely enjoyed the stay. Everything was as described, the view was beautiful, the front desk employees were so helpful. The residents there were amazing! I left my lights on one night and they let the office know so they could contact me. A day later I left my phone on top of my car and a resident returned it to the front desk! Honest people living in that building ! Very appreciated and I loveeeed the pool view !

While in my stay in the condominium it was nothing short of the photos on the listing. It was clean, well organized, and to top it all off has a great ocean view and of downtown Miami. Has many walkable locations and restaurants in the area as well. Also has great amenities like a gym, pool, and restaurant in the lobby. Would for sure stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

I had a great time at Montse's condo with my family! The check in process was easy and everyone was so kind and accommodating. Montse was quickly responsive to questions and welcoming. The condo itself was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials you could possibly need for your stay. We loved the pool and amenities! Having garage parking was very convenient as well. Only downside was it was a bit loud at night, but that is expected for summer in Miami! Thank you Montse!

You get whats advertised: a great penthouse appartement on top of the Grand. You can acces the gym and pool and the staff is very friendly. If feels like a hotel, but with the privacy+space of an airbnb- appartement. The communication with the hosts is very good, they even provide you with tips for restaurants and nightlife. 5/5
