Eco self contained cottage in a garden.

This mini 1 bedroom house was our trial run in building our main home using passive house principles. We are approx 1 km from the centre of Westbury in a rural location. (You may be lucky enough to sight some of our local wildlife during your stay! ) The cottage is suitable for a couple, however the extra single bed does enable some flexibility for guests.(i.e. if you wish to use both beds, please book for 3 people.) We provide a library of information about sustainability for guest perusal.

Restored century old cottage set on very private 30 acres with direct walking access to the adjoining majestic Lalla Flower Farm (100 acres of historic gardens). Situated just 20 minutes drive from Launceston and 2 mins from the amenities of the village of Lilydale in the heart of the Tamar Valley wine region.
