Holiday rentals with breakfast in Launceston City Council

What a great little find. Karen’s place is perfect in every way. From the charming appeal of a country cottage to the thoughtful touches through out. We are already planning our next escape there. The property is close to everything you’d want, with a comfy bed and great internet (important if you had to work like me). Thank you Karen for making our mini break so awesome.

Very comfortable stay in Riverside, which was a good launch pad to explore greater Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Melissa had a lot of ideas and recommendations for activities which were helpful, and she also had an extensive folder of local information in the unit for guests to browse. Melissa and her family were very friendly and made me feel at home. Great for a solo traveler or a couple.

The Black House felt like a home away from home. Had everything you could possibly need for a long stay. Very attentive/helpful host. The interior design was impeccable and very modern. 10/10 would recommend.

It was such a wonderful memory and a truly warm home! Our host, ate Yolly, was like a mother to us she taught us so much and was always there for us. Ate Ann was also such a lovely person, and thanks to both of them, we’re really glad we came to Tasmania. If we ever visit Tasmania again, we would definitely love to stay here again!

My wife and I have made this great home our go to place when we come to Launceston. After repeat visits we know that everything will be beautifully set up, clean, peaceful and conveniently situated to the City. Maryann is a great host.

What an incredible pleasure to stay with Elizabeth! She made us feel welcome in her beautiful home and then went above and beyond to make every day special and memorable. She prepares the most delicious breakfasts and is a truly wonderful person!

Kaytlenn’s place was absolutely gorgeous and she is a fantastic host. it was a beautiful, private area that was so perfect for a weekend getaway. and Kaytlenn went to such lengths to make our stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. could not recommend enough!

Mag was very communicative and friendly. In a great location, not far away from city centre and restaurants.

This was exactly what we’ve been searching for on our many trips to Launceston: comfortable, immaculately clean, central (we hardly used our hire car), with fantastic kitchen facilities. We have family in Launceston and it was lovely to be able to invite them over for a bowl of homemade soup and a board game in a beautiful space. The plants, decor, great wifi, board games and morning sun shining in across the park were add bonuses. We look forward to coming back soon.

Our stay was fantastic. Great spot to stay for a couple of nights while doing things in Launceston. Very central. The breakfast was an added bonus and was just what we needed:)

Beautiful quiet location overlooking the Tamar River, yet close to everything. Felt like we had the place to ourselves. Lovely modern decor, spotless and everything we needed. Extensive continental breakfast supplied for our 2 night stay. Welcoming port and chocolates appreciated. Information booklet very helpful. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Launceston and its surrounds.

My best airbnb experience to date. Keryn and Andrew were the most incredible hosts. Communication was amazing and super flexible when our flight times were changed, not to mention the thoughtful extra bits and pieces that made our stay even easier. The accommodation was in an absolutely perfect location, walking distance to everything in town and right across the road from a beautiful park. Nice and quite and had everything you could possibly think of needing. Can't recommend this enough, super lucky to find it.

Lovely inner city apartment. Very homely and so comfortable. Nice welcome basket which included essentials for morning. Loved having a wine on the balcony on an evening enjoying the city views. Thank you Kate will recommend to friends & family. Joan

Perfect easy family stay. Everything we could possibly need! Just what we needed to explore Agfest but also a suitable place to explore most of the North TAS

It was such a lovely BnB to stay in, we were welcomed like old friends returning. Lots of recommendations of local restaurants and things to do made it really easy to book into great restaurants before we arrived. Breaky each day was delicious and plentiful!!

The Dragonfly Inn is possibly one of the cutest places I have stayed in. It's so homey and quaint and they have thought of everything, adding many personal and thoughtful touches to add to your experience of staying there. Would stay again, no question.

Second time i've stayed here - same room. Very close to the airport, easy check in, very comfortable bed and great amenities. Loved the welcome goodies in the fridge and having access to all you need in the communal kitchen. Only thing i would say is noise from the nearby highway and guests in the kitchen - I'm a light sleeper so thats probably just me. Overall, great stay and lots of thought has gone into this place! Especially the welcome booklet - very handy local recommendations.

Andre and Linda were super hospitable, making us feel very at home. The room was immaculate and beautifully presented. Kurrajong House is ideally located to explore Launceston with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Andre's breakfast was an added bonus, with plenty to choose from including lovely homemade products. Will definitely look to stay here again upon our next visit to Launceston. Eliza was very kind and friendly. The room was so clean pretty cosy and beautiful with overlooking the garden. Adorable welcoming doggies 🐕 Really loved my stay in this room.

In addition to the detailed accommodation arrangements , the generous individual hampers for breakfast are a splendid point of difference in this real traditional Bed and Breakfast offering .

Such a lovely stay! It was easy to find and not too far from the city. Instructions were clear and the room was clean and welcoming. Felt like we had a lot of privacy even with another room being next to us. Loved the breakfast basket and would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful period room with gorgeous features. Perfect location for a weekend at the sports complex. Thoughtfully chosen food and snacks provided.
