You have exclusive access to the flat but lounge area is owner's "lived in" space so expect books etc. Microwave, but no use of cooker due to previous incidents (insurance demand.) Double bedroom with access to your own bathroom. Separate sofabed in upstairs lounge if needed. Parking space available in underground car park but YOU NEED TO REQUEST THIS IN ADVANCE. The house has 5 bedrooms with just 1 bed in each, no sofa beds! All bedrooms have TVs. There is a downstairs bedroom. There is a lounge with 55" 4k TV with Sky/TNT sports channels. Superfast wifi. Modern kitchen with cooking and washing facilities. There are two bathrooms. Outside there is a seating area.
