Kid-friendly holiday rentals in West Lake

We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Unique space located in the heart of the old quarter It was walkable to the Don Xuan market and although about a 20 min walk to the French quarter there were many interesting things to see. The street below was active and interesting and always entertaining while drinking my am coffee! The unit was clean and well maintained. The host was super responsive! We were really happy with the experience!

O espaço era muito espaçoso, tinha ar condicionado em todas as divisões. O jacuzi grande mas acabamos por não usar 😅! A menina Huong foi muito atenciosa e ajudou em tudo sempre que foi preciso. Sempre que tínhamos alguma dúvida a menina Huong ajudou sempre muito! ☺️ Quem tiver dificuldade em dormir com muita luz, trazer uma venda é obrigatório! Recomendo muito.

Linh's place is cozy and conveniently located with many great places to visit or eat around. The host is super responsive and helpful during my stay. I would definitely stay at her place next time in town.

Wir haben uns in der stilvoll eingerichteten Einzimmerwohnung super wohl gefühlt. Alles war super sauber und besonders Lan, die uns am Anfang wahnsinnig herzlich begrüßt hat, hat unseren Aufenthalt versüßt! Sie hat immer super schnell auf unsere Nachrichten geantwortet, hat sogar ein Restaurant für uns reserviert und uns, als es geregnet hat, einen Regenschirm hingestellt. Sehr aufmerksam und umsichtig :) Vielen Dank, wir können diese Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen! Auch wegen der super Lage.

Nice quiet location in a nice neighborhood.

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at Hoa’s Airbnb in Hanoi. The space itself was incredibly clean, function and unique. The koi pond was a fun addition! And its location next to Hoan Kiem in Hanoi could not have been better; such a fun and vibrant part of that city. Great stay!

The place is just awesome and the host is so much helpful that from early check in request to late checkout request and post checkout help in getting my luggage stored for my convenience is so much appreciated. Highly recommended!

I stayed here for a month and overall had a great experience. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of Tay Ho, with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and everything you might need. The host, Ngoc Anh, was friendly and very responsive, and the apartment was just as pictured. That said, the bathroom had persistent drainage issues and a noticeable musty smell, and we encountered bugs, during our stay. These issues didn’t ruin the experience, but they’re worth mentioning for longer stays. Still, it’s a cozy and convenient option in Hanoi.

This place is incredible. It looks the same with the photos posted. The place is also accessible to restaurants and shops. The only thing I’m concerned is there’s no exhaust in the water closet. But all in all, I recommend this place.

Great host and staff — was travelling with my father and they offered the apartment next door for him which was so helpful. Places were clean and neat and had all available amenities present. Would recommend this place.

One of the few AirBnb places that looks exactly like the pictures! This was a really beautiful apartment with full amenities, fast wifi, strong A/C, and even a washer and dryer (which is a rare find in Vietnam). Really a joy to stay here and the host is super responsive and friendly.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location was excellent and close to many attractions. The way this apartment was decorated was very nice and it was more spacious than we had anticipated. There were lots of books, the seating options were nice and we never had to wait for the elevators (although it is worth noting there are a few steps outside the building for those with mobility issues). The check out instructions were also exceptionally easy (the only instruction we were given was key return). The hosts were lovely to deal with and very professional. One thing to note about our stay was that we were only given 1 set of keys for our group of 4. The door key was required to keep the Air Conditioning and power on (as RFID technology was used, we could not use an alternative card while stepping out). This made it hard for our group of 4 to do different activities, or to run some laundry while we were out. All things considered, we had a great stay.

Son’s place is great stay! I had an early check-in request and was accommodated. The place is ideal for a visit to the area and easy drive to the airport. I would recommend to any travels for a nice and easy stay. Hopefully I have the pleasure of staying again soon.
