Located at the heart of South Brisbane. This quiet top floor unit overlooks the Musgrave Park, with partial city view. Only a short walk to South Bank parkland, Museum, State Library, Art Gallery and Brisbane city. Knowing it is an older apartment compare to other new developments nearby, I do my best to maintain it clean, tidy and cozy. And price it competitively for its prime location. Airconditioned bedroom has a large solid wood king bed and quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Your space has a separate entry at the the front-we live at the rear, is self contained with its own bathroom and cooking facility, queen bed and wrap-around veranda.

Walking from here are craft beers, fresh coffee, art spaces, live music venues, locally produced food, clothes, books, restaurants, wine bars, farmer's markets (Saturdays), all in a vibrant community.
