Imagine your own private space ! New laneway home close to West Edmonton Mall with easy access to Henday, Whitemud and Yellowhead. The suite has all amenities provided. There is a balcony to enjoy as well and a private single garage (house garage has wall separating) which leads into the suite and air conditioning is a nice plus!
