There is a balcony to enjoy as well and a private single garage (house garage has wall separating) which leads into the suite and air conditioning is a nice plus! Please note you will have to utilize the exterior stairs and interior stairs to access the suite. Pets are welcome! We are located right in the heart of downtown, and the only condo building to be directly connected to the lrt train station. ****The building does not have parking*** there is parkades and street parking available just outside the building at your cost.

This home features Central A/C, high speed internet. The basement (unfinished ) is not available during the whole stay. Hottub is currently not available during your stay.
