This house is ideal for a professional or out of town visitor that needs to be close to the major highways around the greater Pittsburgh area while enjoying a "at home" experience!

Please do not request booking until you have contacted the owner for pricing. The cabin is a perfect place to stay while visiting friends and family in Pittsburgh. Private and comfortable, clean and convenient to many locations in Pittsburgh. Only 20minutes to the city, and stadiums. The cost you see per night is for 2 guests. Added adults (18 and over) are $25.00/adult/day. Children under 18 are $10.00/child/day. Children under 2 are free. Dogs are $10.00/day. I will collect that later.

Magnolia Cottage

Relax at Magnolia Cottage, a small private Guest House located on our 25 acre farm. This hotel room-size cottage has a *new Queen bed suitable for 1-2 guests, kitchenette features a small sink, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and toaster oven (no stove) cozy and stylish space with heat/ac and electric fireplace. Bathroom has a walk in shower stall. Location is close to Cranberry shopping and restaurants, weddings and events in Butler county, less than 40 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.

Two bedroom apartment with with private entrance, 2 parking spaces. Kitchenette with microwave, small refrigerator/ freezer, toaster oven/air fryer (fits a 12 inch pizza). First bedroom has a queen bed, second bedroom twin bunk bed, sleeper sofa in common area. Close to multiple golf courses, wedding venues, wineries and breweries. Cranberry within 25 minutes. Moraine state park & McConnells Mills state park 30 minute drive. Downtown Pittsburgh or Grove City Outlets within 40 minutes.

Beautifully restored with a full kitchen, dining area, bedroom w/skylight and a full bath. Great spot for the many festivals and "Mingles on Main" that Saxonburg sponsors. Also, convenient to Concordia, Coherent, Penn United and many businesses in the area as well as the Saxonburg Museum and Roebling Park.

It' conveniently located within an 8 minute drive from the Pennsylvania Turnpike . There is a hospital and park nearby. The Waterworks Mall which includes grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, wine and spirits store, fast food , and movie theater is a short 5 minute drive.
