A great one bedroom space in historic downtown Columbia, SC in the Land Bank Lofts building. It is within walking distance to all you may need in the area including fine and casual dining, coffee shops, museums and plenty of entertainment. The loft was remodeled with an industrial feel with high ceilings and exposed venting and ductwork but equipped with all conveniences. It has been decorated with an eclectic flair with local historic pieces and artifacts.

Cozy garage apartment with a private entrance and a small patio area in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The space is fully furnished with a full kitchen and living area. The apartment is near a neighborhood town center with shopping and restaurants.There are also some recreation areas around such as hiking trails, parks, and a YMCA. The apartment is located behind the host home, so guests are permitted to park one car at the bottom of the driveway.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Rosewood is convenient to so much of Columbia - and our place is in a super-walkable location! Publix is about 2 blocks away, and there are quite a few restaurants (and a brewery) within walking distance. We're also quite convenient to Fort Jackson and MUSC. The street is quiet, and the entrance and parking for the bungalow are behind a 6-foot fence, so it offers great security too.
