Holiday rentals with a beach view in West Coast of the United States

The house was in an amazing setting. The backyard deck with the river view was so peaceful. Close walk into historic downtown for restaurants and shops. It was a mile to a trailhead for the Snoqualmie Valley Trail. Would love to come back and rent again.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Enjoyed our stay! Great location - walking distance to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, stores and beach. Additional shopping and restaurants in Downtown Manhattan Beach, as well as the Manhattan Beach Pier are an easy mile walk down the Strand. Bonus to have a 2-car garage. The house was very nice . . . very comfortable bed. We enjoyed sitting on the rooftop deck with a nice view of the ocean. We had a small issue at check-in but Charles was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

Wonderful place and location. Great view and features to enjoy indoors and outside. It was well prepared, and expectations/instructions were clear.

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate a college graduation. Had 3 generations of adults, all were very comfortable and happy with the space. We cooked all our meals, enjoyed walking along the harbor and visiting local beaches, played games & did puzzles... Really couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and accommodating space! Highly recommend for groups or families wanting a great home base with plenty of comfort.

Holly's place was just as described. We really appreciated how clean everything was and how functional each area was setup. My daughter especially liked the kids room on the top floor. The garage had plenty of towels, cooler, and toys for the beach which the kids absolutely loved. This was definitely one of our favorite places, and we'd absolutely stay here again next time we're visiting this area.

Kyle's place was great. It was actually roomier than expected and a very warm feel to it. Great ocean breeze and great views. Within a short distance to some very nice bars and restaurants (Liv's oysters we're fire!) I would definitely stay there again.

Spent a wonderful week at Benjamin’s. The house was perfect for our family of 13 (3 couples, one single adult, and 6 kids). It was especially nice to have 4 bathrooms (and 3 en suite rooms). The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed to cook big family dinners. Benjamin was a very responsive host. We had the beach to ourselves most days but the house is situated next to public access where cars are allowed to drive right onto the beach. Not a big deal at all but on busier days expect to have people on the beach in front of the house and an occasional car driving where it shouldn’t. We would stay here again!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

The location was great, close to many restaurants and shops, great ocean breeze, great ocean view from the room, beautiful grounds, and 5 minutes from my sons house on Camp Pendleton!

Very clean, very much as advertised with lots of room for the family as we prepared for a local wedding. The parking was awesome as well, we had no issue with 3-4 cars as we were allowed to use the driveway and the garage. That was definitely a bonus.

Joe’s condo was perfectly clean and cozy! It fit our party of 4 just right. The location could not have been any better - 5 min from the most beautiful beaches, restaurants, and shopping. It was quiet and comfortable. 10/10 recommend

“The Shack” was hands down the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at! Not a single complaint comes to mind. From the warm and welcoming hosts, Pam and Jim, to the spotless cleanliness of the Shack itself, everything exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing 10-day stay and were genuinely sad to leave—it truly felt like home. I couldn’t recommend it more to anyone looking for a charming, cozy, and clean place to stay in the Newport Beach area!

Loved everything about this rental and especially the huge lanai! Everything inside was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed having access to the private beach club. We spent several relaxing days hanging out and snorkeling on the beach as well as enjoyed drinks and food at the restaurant, Napua. We grilled out by the pool one night and enjoyed a spectacular view of the sunset over the ocean right from the dining area. Would definitely book this unit again!

We loved our stay at Alexandria’s place. Master bed was comfy. The location is great and the complex has a ton of amenities. It feels like you’re at a Hawaiian resort. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Wonderful unit close to the beach and restaurants. The space had lots of amenities and was full of the spirit of aloha which made our stay even more enjoyable. Would recommend🤙

What an AMAZING place! Desiree has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. Our contact/host (Shannon) was he best - she communicated with us every step of the way to be sure our stay was seamless. She met us at the place and gave us all the details. Bigger Fish is a dream location but the house itself is set up beautifully - to the crisp clean linens and dreamy beds, the very clean floors bathrooms and well stocked kitchen, lovely decor, and really amazing upper deck - this place has it all. We will be back!!

The condo is in a nice, quiet community. The space is well decorated, bright and lively, and well stocked with supplies. The pool and pickleball courts are a great amenity. The beach chairs, towels, and umbrella were perfect for our Maui beach outings. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Andy’s place. It was plenty of space for 3 of us to stay. Great views. It gets a little warm at night in the bedroom without air conditioning but they do provide an extra fan which helps. Overall, the space was great and we would recommend to others.

Jann is an amazing host (extremely communicative and very sweet), the home was extremely comfortable, had plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5, amenities were plenty, access was easy, and home was ready ahead of schedule. We didn’t spend much time at the resort, as we were out and about doing the things that Jann recommended were the best outings (the hikes and the ** best recommendations were fabulous), but the grounds are beautiful and our youngest enjoyed the pool and slides some! We woke up early most mornings, took a few steps away, and watched the sun rise right on the beach! The rental car was super convenient and was waiting at the airport! When I texted her about a question, she responded immediately and took action right on the spot. I recommend this place 10/10 and would love to come back and stay here again soon! Everything about our stay was wonderful.. book this place - you’ll be happy you did!!!
