Villa holiday rentals in West Coast

Very good accomodation for large member of families who travelling together. We travel as 3 families with total 12 pax. Actually it has more capacity than that. Overall our staycation was very good and their amenites are very well maintained as well.

Beautiful house in a wonderful location. A lovely daily walk through Hagley Park into town. We had a great time in Christchurch and are already looking to come back.

Just what we needed. The location was super convenient, and we felt right at home. It was great having a place to ourselves with multiple bedrooms, a kitchen, and dishwasher right in the heart of Christchurch. Would gladly stay again.

We had a lovely stay while we were in town over the weekend. The place was very tidy and had everything we needed. Steven and Mei were friendly, responsive and flexible with our check in time. They left us clear instructions and checking in and out was a breeze. Thank you very much!

Neat and tidy on the inside. Building and yard could use some TLC from the owner, and some of the heaters and bedside lamps are worse for wear. But a great location in a nice neighborhood, and mostly clean and tidy. made for a good base during our week in CHCH.

Lovely getaway for 3 nights. Had everything we wanted plus offered a quiet peaceful environment. Spa pool was a nice bonus.

Lovely old cottage tucked away at the end of a road. Easy walk through Hagley Park to the town centre. There was everything we needed to feel at home. Very clean throughout. Particularly enjoyed the cosy lounge to chill at the end of busy days in Christchurch. Roomy bedrooms and a great kitchen too. John gave us useful tips on getting the best from our stay. Highly recommend Brockworth Cottage.

This property was fantastic for my family!! We’d come to Christchurch for a wedding and needed a huge place to accommodate all 26 or so of us from NZ and overseas. Plenty of room for us to sit around, cook, chat endlessly. We loved our bedrooms - all beautifully fresh, clean and well appointed. And the location of the house is great, near town and Hagley Park. On the day after the wedding we had about 45 for a casual lunch (the kitchen coped!) and we stood around the courtyard in the sunshine….. GREAT memories created!! Thank you to Rameez and Tara for our truly wonderful stay. 😀😀😀

Really great place for a large group. We held a work off site which was excellent. Rooms were comfortable and great to have heaters in each room in winter. Hosts were super helpful.

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb for a long weekend, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided ahead of time. The apartment itself was spotless, well-decorated, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment I walked in. The bed was super comfortable, and the linens and towels were high quality. I really appreciated the little touches—coffee and tea provided, fast Wi-Fi, and even a guidebook with great local recommendations. Location-wise, it was ideal—just a short walk to great restaurants, a lovely park, and public transit. Despite being in a central area, the place was quiet at night, which made for restful sleep. The host was friendly, responsive, and clearly cared about my experience. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
