Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

We like the place very much. The kitchen is very well equipped. We have what we wanted. Except for 1 room without heater, and some noises from the road, the place is prefect. Highly recommended!

Located in the heart of Christchurch, just a 2km drive from the Cathedral Botanical Gardens at Citywalk for companions who enjoy leisure walks.The villa is an extra large area, can accommodate 12 people in the living room at the same time, the entrance is a large corner sofa that can make a sofa bed, the large table behind the sofa, 12 people can eat at the same time no problem!The brightness of the large villa is that a wooden door to the left of the door reveals a home theater, not a gimmick, but a relaxing place where people can truly enjoy the isolated atmosphere.Just close the door and the big 150 ”screen can play any audition in any country.Noisy outside can't be heard inside for even a few hours and the sound proofing is full.Even the sofa seat is a reference theater model.The theater room has 2 large buckets of popcorn that can be enjoyed for free.There is a chess room on the left side of the bedroom area, and the board games can be placed in advance.One step inside is a game room where 2 people can sit in a game chair and play live CS.Further in, the laundry studio has 2 washing machines 1 drying machine, also here is the electric boiler storage tank of the whole villa, a glass door to the back yard boiler heater box that does not occupy the area of house use, noise and aesthetics.A must go from the living room to the bedroom area is to have 2 large refrigerators, a large kitchen with 2 electromagnetic hobs, while cooking together 4 people do not feel crowded.The refrigerator door cabinet was filled with mineral water and soda drinks, and the hospitality of the host was delightful.Next look at the bedrooms, three bedrooms are arranged at each end of the hallway, all of the large bed rooms in a unified layout, and 11 of us happen to stay, each with a washroom shower so that both large families and several small families can be flexible.Each washroom is pressed on paper rolls of bows to welcome guests.Regardless of the location, the room facilities, and the human caring of the host, we are satisfied, and it will not be boring to not go out and play in the villa for a day.If it wasn't for the flight ticket, I really wanted to enjoy a few more days of vacation in such a cozy environment.

We loved the house. It was warm, spacious for our group of 6, had good facilities for cooking and washing our clothes and it was spotless. It felt really inviting when we walked in and we enjoyed the walk into the town centre too. Thanks!

Really appreciate when snowing, can stay in a warm and clean house. My family and I had a good trip to Tekapo because of this place. I wish we could come here again soon!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful accommodation, and I can’t recommend it enough! We stayed at Villa A which is nearer to the carpark. The house was impeccably clean, which always makes a stay more enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable and equipped with electric blankets, ensuring a cozy night’s sleep on cold nights. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the mountains and lake from the living room and the balcony. It truly felt like a slice of paradise and made for some unforgettable mornings and evenings. The accommodation is also very close to the town and it takes around 5 mins in walking. Additionally, Natasha was an absolute gem! She was very friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience even more special. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!
