Tatsiana was an amazing host! This Airbnb was very charming and we felt right at home! The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean! This listing is great for solo travelers and families alike! Lots of thoughtful additions like bikes, beach chairs, pool floats and beach towels!

Beautiful and spotless home in a peaceful neighborhood. The location is great with many restaurants and stores around and only a 15 min drive to the beach. The pool was my family’s favorite! Definitely recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

We loved our stay & would love to return at a later time! The fenced yard was great for kids. I enjoyed having all the beach stuff for us to use as that saved us time and money. Neighborhood was safe and we felt right at home

Great place! Very close to the coast & I love that there was chairs & an umbrella to borrow. We had a problem the first night & reached out to Julia & she was very quick to fix the problem. Awesome place to stay & great hosts!

We had an amazing time at 200 Palms! The home is exactly as pictured with spacious bedrooms and living areas stocked with many comforts that make you feel at home. The backyard truly felt like an oasis with room to swim, grill, and play as a family. We traveled with our three children, who spent countless hours in the pool when we weren't exploring AMI. We really appreciated having pool toys and beach equipment in the shed because it made for easy beach excursions and saved us time from shopping for additional gear. If you have kids, they will love the lofted bedroom and the outdoor tree house area. The location of the home is extremely convenient as there is a grocery store less than two miles away, excursions in Bradenton are close, and getting to AMI is a breeze. The backyard makes you feel like you have a private space to enjoy. Brian is extremely responsive and all communication was prompt and clear. Overall, we would absolutely stay here again!

We spent a relaxing weekend at this lovely Airbnb and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was ideal—quiet and private, but still just a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do. It made a great home base for our weekend adventures. We’d definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and the house was super clean. The backyard is really cool, feels like you are at the beach with the tiki bar. Definitely would come back.

It was perfect! You are provided with many cooking appliances and plates, cups, and more. Bathrooms spotless and everything clean. I asked for the heater to be on for the pool and it was amazing. In short, everything was just like the picture and as stated. I truly recommend it! :D

We had a great Mother’s Day weekend. Home was clean and close to the beach. The home had everything we needed . It was clean and bed was comfortable. We were able to check in early and enjoy the pool.

The stay was so memorable, and not just cause it was my first time in Florida but because Jennifer made it so warm and comfortable and hospitable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everything We Needed and More! We stayed here while in town for my son’s gymnastics camp, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed—and more! From beach gear to board games, a relaxing hot tub, and even nearby putt-putt, it made our downtime just as enjoyable as the camp itself. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The host was incredibly responsive and made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with kids or just looking for a stress-free, fun getaway!

The accommodations were very clean, AC worked great, comfortable bed and couch. All we needed was there and the area was very peaceful. Close to several restaurants and shops. Will definitely consider for next time in the area, Thank you Bettina

We stayed at this home for 2 weeks and the nature watching was fascinating. Alligators, turtles, birds and fish jumping out of the water. The home was comfortable and included everything one would need. The Wi-Fi was solid for zoom calls and remote work. The kitchen had every dish, pot, utensil for cooking. The AC worked great and the beds were super comfy. The host replied quickly to every question. I would stay here again. 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding experience!

Myself, my husband and daughter stayed at Joe's Blue House for a week starting the Memorial Day Holiday. Joe's Blue House is wonderful and I absolutely loved the decor of the house. The pool was so nice and such a blessing- we were able to use the pool everyday. The house is set up for everything you need and even offers pool or beach towels. The location is only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island, which we went to several days. The neighborhood is very nice and so quiet. I loved the neighborhood and the convenience to stores and restaurants. The house has such a warm and welcoming feeling. We absolutely enjoyed our stay so much and would definitely stay at Joe's Blue House again. We drove from North Carolina after a very long drive and upon entrance into the house it was very clean and the house was ready to start our vacation. Joe has thought of everything with his house and would definitely love to stay again!
