Holiday rentals with beach access in West Bloomfield Township

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Farah and her staff went out the way to make accommodations for me and my wife during the stay. The location looked just like the pictures and you knew exactly what you were getting. The building does seem to be a little old but despite that the unit was clean and in a great location right by the lake. The apartment along with the services they offer made it definitely worth the money and trip. Will be booking with them again.

Very affordable very clean , balcony you can see ambassador bridge loved the home decor everything looked exactly as pictured would recommend and stay again !!!

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Very nice place. Very clean and loved the massage chairs! Bed was super cozy. Didn’t use the basement but for someone with kids it would make a great play area. The view outside was woodsy and we watched a momma woodpecker feed her babies in a nest right across from the front door. There was coffee and tea. Drove down to Walled Lake and it is gorgeous. Overall very good stay!

This was perfect as a home base for adventuring in Detroit! Beautiful, cozy space and thoughtfully stocked with convenience items. Awesome location, super fun area. Felt right at home and loved our time here!

Good one night stay, very nice and clean, would recommend. However pictures are a little different then what's there. The only kids toys was an empty play kitchen, lights on ceiling did not work for us, very little coffee bar area compared to pictures..but again would still a good stay and very quiet safe neighborhood just recommend updating pictures.

Cute apartment with lots of space. There were 7 of us and the space fit us perfectly. The host had great communication and reached out to see if we were ok with arriving a bit after expected time due to showing the space to sell. The heads up was done in a timely manner and helped us plan accordingly. Highly recommend!

Our stay was wonderful! The property is a little slice of heaven—quiet, relaxing, and perfect for our family. The boat rental was a great bonus, and my teenagers had a blast out on the water. Gabe and Haley were responsive and easy to communicate with—great customer service from start to finish. We plan to return this summer! Highly recommend, and we definitely plan to return!

What an unexpected surprise and treat to snuggle up with the grandbabies and watch a movie in the king sized, adjustable bed. I didn't think it could be any comfier until we found the remote and turned on the massage features. From the coffee bar to the basket filled with snacks, and extra blankets tucked into convenient corners, this host truly knows how to make guests feel welcomed! The home was spotless, and the linens smelled fresh and clean. It was the perfect place to land after long days enjoying all the attractions at Great Lakes Crossing, which was just a short drive away. We hope to be back this spring.

House has a nice layout. Kitchen layout good (sometimes 4 of us were working on there) Good selection of tea. Bedding and storage great. Bathroom was serviceable with storage and cool towel warmer. Dishes for four people but lots (12?) of mugs and glasses. Nice, friendly neighbors (on both sides) have dogs which our dogs found entertaining :) our dogs also enjoyed the back yard (nice grass and squirrels), walks in the neighborhood as well as visits to dog park nearby. We were charmed by the swans and their offspring up the street. Beautiful at sunrise and sunset. View across lake included a few houses but mostly wooded park. Peaceful. Would stay there again. Very convenient access to Kroger, Alex gourmet market, Home Depot, Stella’s (excellent restaurant) and charming Clarkston. I suggest bringing some throw blankets for the leather furniture.

We have rented condo/houses from Hayward WI, Keys, Belize, and so many more in-between. This has to be the most thoughtful homeowners we have ever met! They had everything you will need times 100! The toy shed is filled with outdoor things, the deck with all the seating was awesome, and the boat dock to catch your bluegill all day long was a hit for the kids and me too! I would recommend this place time and time again. They even were able to accommodate my early check in. Do not let this place pass you by! It is worth every cent!!!

Visited Holly for a family wedding. Don’s place was perfect for relaxing in between events. Feels very secluded (positive), but is easily accessible and a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, major roads. Had everything we needed, plus tons of movies and board games.

This was a really wonderful home to stay in. Private but close enough to town to be able to do things. Loved the lake view and access to it. House was very clean and very cozy. Host was super responsive and answered all questions. Check in and check out was very well explained. Would love to stay here again!

Lyn was so sweet and her cottage is absolutely enchanting and peaceful. we had a 12 and 5 year old with us and y enjoyed fishing, s'mores by the fire, boating, swimming, and all the incredible nature all around. we caught video of two woodpeckers it a awesome! plenty of extra towels and linens for use if needed. I only wish there was a better couch in the living room so my family could be together the her when it was time to settle down. seriously the best vacation spot to disconnect and enjoy the moment. Thank you Lyn and Pete! we hope to be back again.

Home was beautiful, everything was spotless. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Very nice home that felt like "a home away from home." I would gladly stay there again.
