Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, art gallery, brewery, grocery store. Explore Rochester, Letchworth State Park, and the Finger Lakes with this as your base. Niagara Falls is a couple of hours away. Good spot for visiting family and friends, attending events, or just relaxing inside or in the lovely yard along the creek.

Nestled in the heart of Victor, NY this fully renovated apartment is a must stay! Located just north of Canandaigua Lake, south of the city of Rochester and 5 minutes from I-90! This charming apartment includes one full bathroom/laundry room, an open concept kitchen/living area, kitchen island with new stainless appliances and quartz counters. Two bedrooms, primary has a king bed and the second bedroom has two full beds. Apartment is located ABOVE/REAR of the main Victorian home.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY: During the winter months, we highly recommend an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway.

The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.
