Le séjour chez Georgios et Zinovia s’est très bien passé ! 😊 L’accueil de Zinovia a été chaleureux. C’est une personne gentille et réactive, elle a répondu à toutes nos questions et s’est montrée arrangeante. Georgios et Zinovia se sont adaptés à nous et à notre arrivée tardive. Le logement a répondu à nos attentes. Il est spacieux, bien équipé, plutôt propre et est en face du métro, proche des lieux d’intérêts principaux. Cependant, le quartier reste assez sensible. Je recommande vivement ce logement, nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Το διαμέρισμα απίστευτα καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική, κοντά στο εμπορικό κέντρο, ΜΜΜ, ταξί. Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Μείναμε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι.

Les gros atouts de l'appartement sont sa terrasse avec sa vue et son emplacement dans une rue passante avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. L'appartement est un peu bruyant la nuit, on entend un petit peu les bars animés et l'ascenseur qui est collé à une des chambres. Je recommande néanmoins cet appartement qui était parfait pour visiter la ville avec nos enfants !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le Logement est niquel. À 8 min à pied du métro pour l'aéroport, et à 15 min à pied de l'accropolis. Merci aux hôtes pour leurs réactivités et leurs conseils. James & Sarah.

Séjour parfait ! L’appartement est comme décrit dans l’annonce, la cuisine est super bien équipée !! Très proche de Plaka et du centre donc on peut tout faire à pied Anna est vraiment une super hôte qui est hyper réactive et nous a aidé quand nous en avions besoin Les adresses recommandées sont supers sympas Un grand merci Anna pour tout et je recommande vraiment cette location !!

Καταπληκτικός, πεντακάθαρος και cozy χώρος! Νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου! Το σπίτι έχει τα πάντα μέσα και δεν λείπει τίποτα! Είναι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Έχει όλες τις ανέσεις, όλες τις ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μοντέρνα έπιπλα και καλόγουστη αισθητική! Και βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη πολυκατοικία και γειτονιά, με μικρά καταπράσινα πάρκα τριγύρω! Αλλά και η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το σπίτι είναι εξαιρετική, καθότι η στάση του μετρό και του τραμ, είναι μόλις 200 μέτρα μακριά. Όποιο μέσο μαζικής μεταφοράς και να πάρεις, μπορείς μέσα σε 20-30 λεπτά, να βρίσκεσαι στην παραλία ή σε ακόμα λιγότερο χρόνο, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας και κοντά στην Ακρόπολη! Εννοείται πως θα ξαναμείνω στο ίδιο μέρος και πως το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όλους! Θα μείνετε 100% ικανοποιημένοι! Τέλος, θα ήθελα να αναφέρω ότι οι οικοδεσπότες είναι ευγενέστατοι, διακριτικοί και πολύ εξυπηρετικοί άνθρωποι και πάντα ανταποκρίνονται άμεσα! Εξαιρετικοί και τους ευχαριστώ μέσα από την καρδιά μου!🙏

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern dort, es gab ein Zustellbett für unseren kleinsten. Alles wie auf den Fotos, sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Appartment. Keine 5 min von der U-Bahn entfernt, mit welcher man in 10-15 min direkt an der Akropolis und AltStadt ist, einfach perfekt. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Spielplätze was einen schönen Abendspaziergang ermöglichte und die Kids hatten Freude daran nach einem langen Sightseeing Tag. Die Gegend und auch die U-Bahn Fahrt hat sich stets sehr sicher angefühlt. Evelina hat stets schnell, auch im vorraus alle Fragen beantworte und nichts offen gelassen. Besonders wollen wir uns nochmal bedanken für das liebevolle Frühstück mit Café und Saft was bereitstand für den ersten Morgen. Das war besonders lieb da wir erst nach Mitternacht vom Flughafen angekommen waren. Wir haben uns in Evelinas Appartment von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen wenn wir wieder mal nach Athen kommen hier wieder übernachten zu dürfen.

Giota's got you covered! Wonderful place with even better host. Our family of four had everything we needed. Parking right in front of the door made carrying our language a breeze. Bravo to the host for the wonderful upkeeping!

Το κατάλυμμα είναι απομονωμένο, μέσα στα πεύκα. Πολύ ωραίος εξωτερικος καλυμμένος χώρος με BBQ και αυλή. Υπάρχει αιρ κοντίσιον και τζάκι. Ο Παναγιώτης και οι γονείς του που μένουν πολύ κοντά είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενοι, νιώσαμε σαν να πάμε στην οικογένειά μας στο χωριό. Η παραλία είναι πολυ κοντά, ούτε πέντε λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.

We had a fantastic stay at Mario’s! The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, but the real highlight was the view—it was absolutely breathtaking. Whether I was sipping coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel extra special. Mario was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. This was our first multi-family international trip, and staying here was definitely the right choice. We explored several of the nearby smaller port towns for dinner, and everything we wanted to see and do was easily accessible by car. One day, we even stayed local and enjoyed the beach, which was just a short walk from the house. Everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly—even taking the time to show my parents how to look for wild asparagus! It was truly a perfect trip and the perfect place to stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Alles war wunderbar. Von der Fähre aus sind es nur 15min bis zur Unterkunft, die aber ggf. etwas schwer zu finden ist. Alles war sauber und die Lage war toll! Ich musste nie länger als 10min auf eine Antwort warten.

Η Ζωή ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και συνεννοήσιμη. Το σπίτι της ήταν πολύ καλό, καθαρό και περιποιημένο.

The beds were amazing and really good sizes with great bed linen and pillows. Overall it was a great place to stay. Yes there is some noise early evening at the weekend but after 11pm it was very quiet. Week nights were super quiet. We loved it and would recommend it highly.

Το σπίτι ήταν ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημενο με όλες τις παροχές που αναγράφονται! Το σημείο αν και εύκολα προσβάσιμο, κοντά σε μαγαζιά, σούπερ μάρκετ και παραλία, ήταν πολύ ήσυχο και με υπέροχη θέα! Η κυρία Σοφία εξαιρετική στη συνεννόηση της καθώς είχαμε μαζί και το σκυλί μας και πολύ διακριτική! Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά σίγουρα!!

What a wonderful apartment! Clean and has all the listed amenities. Completely met my expectations in terms of both the quality of the place and the price. The hosts are really caring and responsive. I would definitely stay there again if I were to go to Athens another time.

We stayed as a family with our baby, the house location is 100% perfect, you can walk to all key locations around Athens, Monastraki, Syntagma and Museums are very close… Without taxi, only by walking we have seen 7-8 museums with the baby. Every morning you wake up with Acropolis and Arch of Hadrian view… Apartment was super fit for us. 2 rooms large beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and enough for one family. Owner Tina is super proactive, giving recommendations helping for transfers, transportation and etc…

Overall a nice place! Very spacious, lots of room for 5-6 people. The location was perfect, there are a lot of nice restaurants near by and the Acropolis is a 5-10 minute walk away. Damian gave excellent recommendations as well. The entrance to the apartment complex smelt a little of smoke, but the apartment itself did not. The front door can be a little hard to open, so make sure not to lock it from the inside and then it is totally fine! We had a great time here and a great neighborhood. Would recommend this place!

Eξαιρετική διαμονή! Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο και καθαρό.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung, Stadtzentrum zu Fuß erreichbar, trotz Nähe zu einer großen Hauptverkehrsstraße sehr ruhige Wohnung. Öffentliche Parkplätze waren zu jeder Tageszeit zu finden. Kleiner Park in der Nähe. Rouli hat uns nachts, kurz vor Mitternacht, freundlich und entspannt empfangen. Check out konnten wir nach Absprache eine Stunde später machen. Gute Matratze und ebensolche Kissen. Im Kühlschrank waren netterweise Getränke deponiert. Kaffee, Tee und Grundausstattung waren in Küche und Bad vorhanden. Für Leute, die Termine wahrnehmen müssen, sind Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen hilfreich.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Vor allem die tollen Terrassen haben uns gefallen und das tolle Design der Unterkunft. Binnen 25 Minuten zu Fuß ist man im Zentrum, aber auch in der Nachbarschaft gibt es eine Vielzahl an tollen Restaurants.

It has successfully improved my happiness in Athens. The Yannis family is very enthusiastic. They explained everything in advance and arranged a taxi for airport pickup. The price is also very reasonable. The thing that made me feel the warmest was that I arrived very late on the first day (almost 0 o'clock) but the host was still waiting for me in the apartment and introduced everything in the house to me in detail. In addition to the host's enthusiasm, everything in the apartment is perfect. It has a clean and hygienic room, and the most exciting thing is the extra-large balcony. Drinking a cup of coffee on the balcony every morning to bask in the sun and enjoy the scenery is the happiest thing. If someone asks me why I like Athens, I will definitely share this apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a very safe neighbourhood. As a woman travelling on my own for the first time to an unknown country, I was nervous as my flight landed around 1.30am but as soon as I landed, the host (Zeta) instantly replied me & reassured me. She was waiting for me in the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment is massive with plenty of space for a couple or whole family. It has all the amenities necessary, fully functional kitchen, washing machine & lovely large balcony area with outdoor furniture to sit out in the sun. The neighborhood is very safe to walk around with lots of shops, restaurants & cafe within walking distance. Ideal location for the Hygeia Hospital & beautiful town Chalandri is within 10mins of walking. Aga Paraskevi metro is about 12mins walk & it takes only about 30mins to the airport. Zeta replies to all your questions promptly & she is very friendly. She goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend to stay here.
