Pretty 25 sqm studio in new building built in Aug 2019, very quiet (outskirts, hillside location). Electric car charging station available. Hiking and cycling trails start right at the house. The studio is furnished to a high standard with walk-in rain shower, 49" 4k LCD smart TV, Senseo coffee machine, wooden plank floors, etc. Ideally, the studio is suitable for families who also rent the apartment (see separate insert) and the children also need their rest from the parents. A well-equipped fitted kitchen with hob , oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc. is available. We recommend the arrival by car, since the nearest train station is about 8 km away and there is no public transport on site!
