Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!

Old Town studio in Hallein

Our studio apartment is located on the second floor of an old town house at the beginning of the Hallein pedestrian zone. Shops, bakeries, cafes, ice cream parlors and restaurants with beautiful gardens are practically at your doorstep. The medieval salt and Celtic city of Hallein is considered the “little sister” of the cultural city of Salzburg, which can be reached by S-Bahn in approx. 20 minutes.

The house is near the Gaisberg lift in a sunny location. There are only about 5 minutes walk to the village center. The ski bus stops right outside the front entrance (about 50 steps) and from the Maierl downhill you can ski right up to the house.
