The Stables is an ideal place for a weekend break or longer stay, and a perfect base to explore Norfolk, we are 25 minutes drive from the north Norfolk coast. The neighbouring village is home to the multi award winning Brisley Bell pub.

The Wren's Nest

This is a magnificent handmade tree house structure is on the ground. Harvested local hazel branches built this breath taking dome-like structure. The branches have been staked deep into the ground, bent over & carefully woven together. Covered with hessian, sustainably sourced sheep's wool and a custom made canvas cover. Every technique used to create this structure has been responsibly sourced. The name actually came from a little Wren that nested in the branches whilst it was being building!

Chestnut Lodge

Chestnut Lodge is situated in an acre of private gardens set in a quiet rural location, with far reaching countryside views. The Lodge dates back to circa 1750, originally the cow barns on the farm. We purchased the property in 2017 and renovated one of the cow barns to the Lodge adding all the original character with salvaged exposed oak beams throughout and furnished to a luxury standard. The Lodge is on a quiet lane a perfect base where you can go on walks and explore beautiful norfolk

Although rural, it's only a 10min drive into Dereham where there are supermarkets and a good variety of shops and eating places. The property is equipped with everything you will need for a great stay, and is on one level. Being centrally located, the whole of Norfolk can be explored.

This country side setting is only a few miles to local town centres or 40 minutes drive to the picturesque city of Norwich, The Norfolk Broads and the beautiful Norfolk Coast line. An open plane spacious lounge and kitchen with a shower room with walk in shower. Upstairs has a large bedroom, en-suite and closet.

Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!

The Loft at Manor Farm Stays with Hot Tub

The Loft is a completely secluded two storey self-contained property with a private hot tub located on a stud farm in a very quiet, rural part of Norfolk but within easy driving distance of all the county has to offer. The Loft has been beautifully renovated and restored from an old hay loft and two stables giving guests a unique opportunity to stay surrounded by open countryside and thoroughbred racehorses. There is a well-laid-out, functional kitchen with a washing machine and fridge freezer. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms with a King-Size bed and 2 single beds that will comfortably sleep 4. Litcham has excellent access to the North Norfolk coastline and local villages.
